Namjoon

The two fell asleep soon after they had their tea, Namjoon knew that the flight from Korea must have been tiring since they have all of their luggage. Namjoon stood on his balcony, looking at the small number of cars passing by, breathing in the fresh air of the night.

He decided to treat himself to champagne. He didn't want to go into work with a hangover, so maybe three glasses will do for him. He listened to the people on their phones from below, the vendors shouting loudly attracting tourists and locals alike. Singapore had a serene feeling to it.

But Namjoon can't lie, his missed Korea more than anything.

He didn't ask the two about Hoseok, knowing it could trigger something in him. Taehyung hasn't updated him about Jin and he didn't want to know about anything. He could be happy now, moved on, maybe got a new guy or girl to be with him.  He knew it would hurt his heart more to know that Jin was happy without him.

Yet, like a love sick puppy, Namjoon still wore his ring. His vow to Jin that he will return and that his heart will never replace him for another.

"Hyung?" He heard a deep raspy voice call out to him. Turning around, Namjoon saw a half awake Jungkook, scratching his head and ruffling his hair.

"You...didn't do anything in my guest room right? I mean I love you both that's why I made the rooms sound proof but-"

"Hyung! Don't say that, oh my god!" Jungkook whined as he walked towards Namjoon. The older just chuckled. "How did you sleep?"

"It was nice, very relaxing. Taehyung is a cuddler so that factor made it the more comfortable for me." Jungkook smiled. His ring shined as it hit the moon light and Namjoon couldn't help but smile at the boy that he practically raised.

"I'm proud of you Kook, you got the boy of your dreams."

"Well, I wish you were there when I was contemplating about proposing to him. I would've loved to hear the advice you would've given to me."

His heart ached, he knew leaving was the right thing to do, but he wished he at least brought both Taehyung and Jungkook with him. He raised his hand and pat Jungkook's hair. "I'm sorry Kook, I really am."

"Don't be like that Hyung," He took Namjoon's hand and held it, a smile on his face. "you're here with us now! Taehyung really missed you so I had to convince Jimin Hyung to give me Got7's location, since we knew you'd be with this group."

"I taught you well."

"You sure did Hyung."

There was a nice silence between the two. They watched the stars come out of the sky as the time passed and the late nights became the early morning of the new day. Jungkook was snuggled on Namjoon's chest, he held him like how a father would with his child. Taehyung came out of the room as the sun entered their room and saw the two on the couch.

Taehyung smiled and gave a quick peck to Jungkook's forehead and ruffled Namjoon's hair.

"Good morning to my favorite boys." He said to the sleeping figures as he walked into the kitchen to make coffee, and possibly breakfast.

-Time Skip-

Namjoon groaned at the sudden rays of sun entering his home. Looking around he sees himself draped with a blanket and coffee, still hot, in front of him, placed on the desk with a sticky note attached.

'Hi Hyung! Taehyung and I went to the convenient store and maybe we'll look around for a bit! We'll be back later! Don't eat dinner yet, we'll make it for you!
-Jungkook (your favorite maknae)'

Namjoon chuckled at the letter and placed it down, taking the coffee in hand and smelling the brew. Taehyung had a talent in making coffee and he knew how to make Namjoon's favorite type of mix. Not too bitter, 2 cream, 3 sugars and with milk at the end.

Taking sips from the cup, he checks the clock on his phone, it reading '9:35am' Namjoon scrambled and looked for anything suitable to wear. He was trashing around his closet, his usual calm manner out the window, until suddenly his phone chimed.

Jackson
'You don't have work today! Good for you! Leave it to Me and JB we got you! btw this was Jungkooks idea, you're too stressed man! one day won't kill you!'

Jungkook, he was so much like him. He was considerate and kind, that's what he loved about him. Taehyung was a lucky guy. Namjoon calmed down, but took some clothes from his closet, wanting to take a shower since he wasn't able to take a bath last night.

Picking out just a turtle neck and dress pants, he entered the bathroom and turned on the shower, steam quickly forming from the hot water.

These were the moments Namjoon truly missed Seokjin. Nothing but pure adoration and the domestic feeling they had. When they would shower together and hold on another close as they'd have talks about the future. When Namjoon would make the bed and Seokjin would cook their breakfast.

They relied on each other, but now that time was over.

Namjoon shook his head, ignoring the thoughts in his mind. He missed Jin, but this was for the better, if he returned now, he could be imprisoned and he would never be able to see Jin unless it's in a court room scenario.

He would wonder if he still loved him. If he still looked the same, yes three years have passed, but he knew that Jin's beauty would stay the same.

"Aish, now look at you Namjoon." He wiped his tears away and continued to clean himself.

Namjoon wanted to walk around Singapore and truly get a taste of their culture and how the streets looked. He packed a satchel for his laptop, a notebook and his keys. He wanted to look around yes, but maybe find a good coffee shop to relax in. His home was nice, but he wanted a new scenery to look at.

The roads weren't too busy. There weren't many people and the air was cold. The perfect weather to read a book, or go out with your partner.

But for Namjoon, he chose the first option.

There was a coffee shop nearby that he wanted to try out, there was a brown black aesthetic to the coffee shop. Maybe three or four people in separate tables. He chose one by the back, a two seater table. Taking out his book, he opened it to the page with his book mark and continued to read.

Many hours passed, people coming in and leaving, while Namjoon was only seated there, reading the book and when that was done, he took out his laptop to look through any paper work or stats that he was unable to do yesterday and today.

His phone was what took him out of his trance, jolting him away from the screen.
"Hyung?!" A frantic voice yelled through the phone. Namjoon had to take it away from his ear because of the sudden volume.

"Yes?"

"Where are you? it's almost 10! Jungkook and I have been so worried about you! Did you eat anything? I'm going to re heat our dinner and wait for you okay?"

"Oh god, sorry, I lost track of time. I'll be there in a few minutes."
Namjoon fixed his belonging and left a generous tip to the staff.

For the first time, he entered his home. Not to an empty apartment, but with two people he can call family waiting for him.

He can say that his life is good for now, but will it be perfect soon?
