Namjoon

He looked at the stack of papers that Jackson brought for him. Layers upon layers of different paper work. That's going to take a while to do.

He really missed Jimin, he was a douche at times yes, but he was quick and always fixed everything before hand when needed. Meetings, not that much. Paperwork, clean and organized.

He remembered that Jimin emailed him showing a photo of him holding onto a baby. He and Yoongi looked so happy in the photo.

The boy looked so much like Jimin with Yoongi's button nose.

'We named him Min Yeo-Bin, he's so cute isn't he Boss? I'd love for you to be his godfather once you come back. How is life there? Wherever you are really. No need to say, you're doing this to keep the company safe. Jin-Hyung hasn't visited the library at all, but Yoongi said that he looks like he is doing fine. I'll update you more soon, the baby is crying. Later Boss! -Jimin'

Jin...

Namjoon closed the email tab and sorted through his papers. Jimin found the small group that was causing havoc, they called themselves TXT. Strange name, but unique.

They all looked young, Jimin send in photos and he recognized one or two of them from Jin's precinct.

"Kids." Namjoon chuckled, setting the folder aside, he took out a glass and a bottle of the finest Whiskey that Europe can offer.

"Yah, Namjoon-ah. You aren't supposed to be drinking remember." Jackson said as he entered the room. BamBam trailing behind him.

"Hello, Namjoon-Hyung." BamBam waved at Namjoon as he sat in front of him.

"What's BamBam doing here?"

"He was bored at home and wanted to help around. Mark said to bring him to you so that he can help with paperwork."

"That is helpful." Namjoon took a stack of his papers and called for BamBam.

"Can you help me sort this from A-Z BamBam?"

"Yeah, sure Hyung." He took it and placed it in front of the little space of the desk in front of him, skimming through.

"So, any update?"

Namjoon shook his head.
"You know, I can ask some of our agents to look after him." Jackson questioned.

"No. I respect his privacy, I'm not in his life anymore, I can't just ask my men to look after him, we don't know what they'll do." Namjoon said as he finally took a swing of the whiskey, it slowly burned his throat, but in a good way.

"You were 2 years sober Namjoon."

"Well, that changes today. I'm gonna keep working Jackson. I'll use BamBam as my secretary for now before I find a new one."

Jackson rolls his eyes and nods, leaving the room. BamBam continuously looked through the papers, taking down some important notes.

"You can leave whenever BamBam, I'll be going home early today."

Namjoon said, taking his coat from the back of his chair.

"Alright Hyung!"

BamBam reminded him too much of Jungkook. He missed the boy that he treated as a son. He wondered how he was. Jimin wasn't allowed inside the precinct. His features would be matched to the leader of the Gang. Too risky.

Hoseok...he hasn't talked to him ever since he came. He still needed answers from him.

Paris was beautiful, but it felt so empty without a lover to hold. It felt so lonely, all the beautiful lights and scenery. But it was incomplete if you aren't walking side by side with someone.

No other group would find him here, but that was the least of his worries.

Exiting the building, he jumped into the car with the driver waiting patiently.

"My condo, please." The driver nods and they drove off. Namjoon crosses his legs and fished out his phone.

Namjoon:
I left early. I'll be back tomorrow. Thank BamBam for me.

Jackson:
Got it bro.

Namjoon sighed. He missed Korea, but it was safer to leave he country. 6 months go by so fast.

Their 5th year anniversary passed and of course, Namjoon drank that day, rather heavily as he ate food alone. It was cold in his condo that day, cold and dark as it rained in Paris.

He didn't bother to watch TV, or to listen to music. He just watched the rain pour as he played with his ring with Jin's and his initials in it.

The cold metal stuck to his skin perfectly.

He wrote Jin so many letters. Poems, songs even. He missed writing this way, his old dream. But that was dead now, he had to let that pass by him.

The letters were stacked neatly in a box, to never be opened nor read by him or anyone. He planned on burning the box, but it would've hurt him more if he did. He wrote such lovely words that he wanted Jin to know and to read, so he kept it on the side as a decoration. Hiding it's true meaning.

"We've arrived sir." The driver said. Namjoon passed him 100 euro and thanked him, not waiting for the drivers reply.

Walking into the luxury condominium, the gold and red designs contradicted one another beautifully. Giving a warm feeling to the building.

Namjoon went directly to the elevator, not wasting any time, not making any eye contact.

He pressed the button for the 16th floor and he felt the elevator ascend. Namjoon was sure to take out his key card in case he left it. The elevator was fast, reaching the 16th floor.

Stepping off of the elevator, he reached the door.

The condominium was nice. The color was a titanium white, adding to the black and white aesthetic the room had. The floors were a mix of wood and black carpet as if entered the living room and the bedrooms.

Namjoon kicked his shoes off and took off his tie. He needed some sleep. He hasn't stopped working ever since he came to France.

What was a good night of sleep if your boyfriend isn't holding you? Playing with your hair, waiting for you to wake up? Looking at you with wide eyes that can hold the world.

"Oh Jinnie."
