"Hoseokie, this is Jungkook, or as I like to call him, minion. Minion, this is my boyfriend, Jung Hoseok" Namjoon introduced both men, unaware of the fact that they knew each other.

Hoseok was trying to figure out why Jungkook's name and face sounded and looked familiar.

It all came back to him when he saw Jin.

Jin walked towards the front door from where he was, setting up the table in the dining room, after after he had heard Namjoon's voice.

"Namjoonie!" Jin called.

"Hyung!" Namjoon called back, sidestepping Jungkook to go give his brother a hug.

"Hyung, this is my boyfriend, Hoseok. Hoseokie, this is my favorite hyung" Namjoon said as he motioned for Hoseok to come stand next to him.

"I'm your only hyung." Jin chuckled before turning to look at Hoseok.

He remembered Hoseok from years ago.

"Hoseok?" Jin said, pleasantly surprised

"Jin?" Hoseok said, equally surprised "you're his brother?" He asked as he pointed his thumb at Namjoon and Jin nodded. "Small world" Hoseok stated.

All the while Jungkook was quaking, afraid that the lie he told years ago had come back to bite him in the ass.

"You two know each other?" Namjoon asked and both Jin and Hoseok nodded.

"Yeah, I used to frequent his convenience store" Hoseok explained and Namjoon let out an "ah~" sound in understanding before saying "what a coincidence."

"Yeah it is." Hoseok said to his boyfriend before turning to Jin, "How's your wife?"

Jin furrowed his eyebrows in confusion and Jungkook ran over to the three men as he thought of what he was going to say.

"Wife?" Jin asked, confused as to what Hoseok was talking about.

"Yeah, wife. Jungkook has said-"

"Eomma! Namjoon hyung and his boyfriend are here!" Jungkook yelled so loudly that he wouldn't be surprised if their next door neighbors had heard them.

Mrs. Kim came practically running into the room a few moments later, with a knife in her hand since she was cutting up some onions before she had been called.

"Namjoonie!" She excitedly yelled as she dashed towards him. Fearing for his life, he jumped out of the way and hid behind his boyfriend who was standing next to him.

"Mom, put the knife away" Namjoon said as he peaked his head over his boyfriend's shoulder.

"Whoops, my bad. You know how excited I get when my babies come home." Mrs. Kim said smiling as she handed the knife to Jin so she could give Namjoon a hug.

Jin and Namjoon were in the kitchen helping their mother finish cooking. Hoseok had offered to help claiming that he knew a thing or two about cooking and wanted to be put to good use but Mrs. Kim rejected his offer because she didn't want her guest to work. So she had Jungkook keep Hoseok company in the living room while the rest of them wrapped up with the cooking.

There was an awkward silence in the living room and Jungkook wanted nothing more than for the floor to open up and swallow him whole.

"So you like Jin hyung, huh?" Hoseok asked although he was almost certain as to what the answer was.

Jungkook looked at Hoseok ready to deny it but Hoseok shook his head as he smiled, "it's pretty obvious."

Jungkook lowered his head, not being able to look Hoseok in the eyes, "I'm sorry about lying to you about Jinnie hyung. I knew you liked him back then but I-" Hoseok cut the younger off, "oh please. It was years ago, I'm over it and plus, I'm with Namjoon now and he makes me happy so I guess everything worked out well in the end."

"I'm happy for you" Jungkook said, genuinely and Hoseok smiled at the younger before an idea popped into his head.

"Do you want me to help you with Jin hyung? I love playing matchmaker! I'll get you under him in no time- or him under you, depending on who's bottom." Hoseok said and tapped his fingers against each other connivingly and wiggling his eyebrows.

Jungkook didn't trust the look in Hoseok's eyes, he wasn't sure what exactly Hoseok had in mind but he could sense that it wasn't anything innocent which scared him.

"No thanks, I got it."

"Let me know if anything changes." Hoseok leaned in so his lips were next to Jungkook's ears, "I'll have him bending you over in no time- or you bending him over" Jungkook's eyes widened. He was half tempted to accept Hoseok's offer but at the same time, he was wary of the older.

Food was ready and everyone was gathered and seated around the dining table before thanking those who made the food then making small talk as they all helped themselves to dishes upon dishes of food.

"Jungkookie," Mr. Kim said as he put some more food on his plate, "you're going into your junior year now, soon you'll be a senior and then you'll enter college. Which colleges are you thinking about?" It was the dreaded question that a lot of students hated, especially Jungkook. He didn't know what he wanted to eat for breakfast the following day, let alone which college he wanted to go to or what his plans were for his future.

"I'm not really sure," Jungkook said, "any school that I would be able to commute to is fine by me, I guess"

"Why would you want to commute? Being away from family is awesome, you can do anything you want. Think of all the things you could do without adult supervis-" Namjoon spoke but Jin cut him off when he saw where he was going with that.

"Namjoon, don't corrupt my baby's mind." Jin said to Namjoon as he stroke the back of Jungkook's head before turning to face Jungkook who was sat next to him, "Don't listen to him Kookie, make smart decisions"

"I'm not your baby and I don't want to live on campus. I want to commute." Jungkook said, putting down his chopsticks and shaking off Jin's hand from behind his head. His tantrum-throwing-teenage-side was beginning to show but Hoseok who was sitting opposite Jungkook and next to Namjoon, kicked Jungkook under the table and lightly shook his head.

Jungkook sighed and picked up his chopsticks. He knew he shouldn't make a scene during Chuseok. Everyone came here to enjoy each other's company, have fun, and celebrate. He shouldn't ruin their happy mood.

He didn't speak much for the rest of the night. It just made him so upset that Jin called him his "baby." In the past it sounded so endearing but now, it simply infuriated Jungkook. He wasn't a baby anymore, he was a grown man.

What upset him more than that though, was that Jin wanted him to live on campus. Wouldn't he be sad to see him go? Did he not want him anymore? Was he finally sick and tired of him like his mother was?
