Over a week had passed since Namjoon and Hoseok had stopped by, and in that time, Jin had only gotten busier and busier with work which meant he was spending more and more time with Taehyung, and that only served to piss off Jungkook.

It wasn't Jin's fault, though. Being the Sous-chef of the restaurant, he and Taehyung, who was the assistant sous-chef, were in charge of preparing for the 50th anniversary of the restaurant. Everything had to be perfect because their boss wouldn't entertain anything less than perfection, so Jin and  Taehyung had been putting in more hours together for the past week making sure that the anniversary celebration, which was tonight, would exceed their boss' expectations.

Jungkook, on the other hand, was beyond annoyed. He hated that Jin had been leaving for work at an earlier time and coming home at a later time every day for the past week. He hated the thought of Jin being around Taehyung, especially considering the fact that Taehyung had a picture of his Jinnie hyung. No one just carries around a photo of a person they're not related to. He knew that Taehyung liked his Jinnie hyung, he could just tell.

Which was why Jungkook began acting more and more possessive over Jin in the past week. Everyday for the past week, Jin would drop Jungkook off at school in the morning— instead of having Jungkook take the bus like the younger normally did— because he wasn't going to see him until late at night due to his work, and everyday for the past week, Jungkook would kiss Jin before getting out of the car.

Jin had warned Jungkook to stop kissing him in public but Jungkook ignored the warnings and kissed Jin anyway. A couple days ago, Jin could've sworn one of the students at Jungkook's school saw Jungkook kiss him when he dropped off the younger. He had a talk with Jungkook the following morning but Jungkook still didn't heed to his words which was honestly beginning to piss Jin off but the older kept his cool.

"Yoongi said he and Jimin would give you a ride to the restaurant in the evening. I ironed your outfit, don't eat in it, don't spill anything on it, don't even go near it until you have to put it on, okay?" Jin Told Jungkook as he parked in front of the younger's school. Tonight was the celebration and Jin didn't want Jungkook to mess up the outfit that he'd picked out because he wanted Jungkook to look presentable when he introduces the younger to his boss—obviously not as his boyfriend.

"Hyung, I'm not a kid." Jungkook whined. "I know, I'm just saying. Oh, and make sure you shower before putting it on" Jin said and Jungkook rolled his eyes.

"Fine, fine, I'll stop." Jin smiled then ruffled Jungkook's hair, "I'll see you at the restaurant in the evening. Have fun at school"

"Okay hyung" Jungkook said before giving Jin a quick peck of the lips and running out of the car almost immediately after so Jin couldn't chide him for the kiss.

Jin sighed and ran his hand through his hair. This was getting too frustrating. Why was it so hard for Jungkook to listen to him.

"Hyung, how do I look?" Jungkook asked as he walked out of his bedroom dressed in a plain white, long sleeve button up shirt, black dress pants, and black dress shoes. The first couple of buttons of his shirt were unbuttoned a little, revealing some skin.

"Like a million bucks. Now let's go, we're already late" Yoongi said, getting off the couch. "We still have to go pick Jimin up."

Yoongi had come over to pick Jungkook up to take him to the anniversary celebration but Jungkook wasn't ready and they still had to go pick Jimin up from work.

"Okay, just give me one more second" Jungkook said as he ran back into his room when he realized he didn't have the most important thing for the night on him.

"We're already late, Jungkook" Yoongi said but Jungkook was already back in his room. Yoongi rolled his eyes but soon enough, Jungkook was already out.

"Told you it would only take a second" Jungkook said before walking towards the door, only stopping to snap his fingers at Yoongi. "Let's go hyung, we're already late" causing Yoongi to roll his eyes for the second time that evening.

They picked Jimin up from work and then drove to the restaurant. It looked magnificent. The three men had to admit: Taehyung and Jin outdid themselves. The whole set up was flawless and the food smelled amazing.

It wasn't long after they walked in that Jimin dragged Yoongi in the direction of the buffet, leaving Jungkook by himself.

Jungkook scanned the restaurant with his eyes in search for Jin. He was anxious to see the older, he needed to see Jin. He knew how much Jin loved surprises so he couldn't wait to show Jin what he had for him.

He found Jin, unfortunately. Jin was talking and laughing with Taehyung and an older man and woman. Judging from their looks and how they acted, it was easy to infer that the man and woman were together and somewhere in their mid seventies.

Taehyung had his arm around Jin's waist and the latter didn't seem to be bothered by it, which sent Jungkook's blood boiling.

"Again, I've got to say, the two of you really outdid yourselves with the anniversary. I'm so proud of you, expect to see a raise in your salaries" the older lady said and Seokjin and Taehyung smiled and bowed politely in thanks as well as verbally expressed their gratitude.

Since she was their boss, they put their all into making sure this event was a success because not only was it the restaurant's 50th anniversary, it was also their boss' 50th anniversary with her husband. He had given her the restaurant as a wedding gift the day they got married so today was an extra special day for her so she was glad the two men before her, were able to pull it off and make today memorable.

She had made sure to inform both men to plan everything according to her husband's likes—which she had informed them about, in great detail—and from the looks of things, they didn't disappoint.

"My wife speaks so highly of you two, and I can see why. I'm amazed at the outcome of this event" their boss's husband complimented.

"You're both too kind, we just did our jobs" Jin said, humbly and Taehyung nodded his head in agreement, his arms still around Jin's waist.

When Jungkook thought he couldn't get any angrier, Taehyung pulled Jin closer to him and Jungkook could see the grip of Taehyung's arm around Jin's waist tighten. It wasn't anyone's fault, though. A waiter was walking by, holding a tray full of empty champagne glasses. He lost his footing for a split second and almost crashed into Jin but he caught himself before he could do so. That was why Taehyung pulled Jin closer, but Jungkook didn't care about that, all that mattered to him was the fact that Taehyung's hand was somewhere it shouldn't be: on his Jinnie hyung's body.

"Oh, Jin" his boss spoke, "where the young man you wanted to introduce me to? The 17 year old that you've raised since he was ten. The one that's like your little brother?" She was excited to meet Jungkook. There was no time that she spoke with Jin that Jin didn't speak about Jungkook. Although she'd never met him before in her life, she felt that she knew him because of how constantly Jin talked about him.

Before Jin could reply, he felt a hand on his arm yank him in their direction and then a pair of lips against his own. It happened so fast that he didn't even see it coming.

He soon found out who was behind it, though, because after the kiss, he heard an all too familiar voice speak.

"Hi, I'm Jeon Jungkook. It's nice to meet you" Jungkook said as he stretched out his hand to the older woman. "Oh, and I'm not his little brother, I'm his boyfriend."

A/N: I have school tomorrow and it's almost midnight. Any mistakes I'll fix later. Goodnight!
