"WOULD YOU STOP FUCKING HITTING ME" I yelled after being pushed back against the dresser for the hundredth time. "Fuck you Danny" Kate huffed under her breath pacing back and forth packing a bag as I ripped it out her hand by the strap stopping her. "You're not leaving" I said as she continuously hit me in my chest as I tensed up letting her stepping back each time.
I yanked away from her touch gripping my hoodie as I unzipped her bag emptying it out all over the bed. I shrugged my shoulders up dunking my head down feeling her hit me in my back. "You think you can just disappear all hours of the night and come back to a girlfriend and family?!" She argued as I pushed her away from hitting me.
"I'm not cheating on you I told you I had to help a friend something fucking came up!" I yelled back. "You know what?" She scoffed. "Mason was right about you and so was Jake" She began saying as my heart sunk into my chest, I could feel my throat tighten as I tightened my fists clenching down on my jaw. "Shut up" I said pointing at her warning her once widening my eyes as I raised my eyebrows. "You're a piece of shit" She said folding her arms as I glared at her.
I wasn't cheating on Kate but I was lying to her about her brother. I didn't know how to tell her or figure out the right time or place to. "Stop talking to me I'm warning you" I said unpacking her other bag she packed for Cayden as I shook my head trying to ignore her smart remarks dumping out the diaper bag.
"If only Cayden was Masons I wouldn't be dealing with this" She mumbled while texting as I blinked a few times stopping what I was doing as I began to breath very slowly dropping the bag. I spaced out at the floor for a moment feeling the anger rise within me as I slowly stood up looking at her. "What the fuck did you just say?" I asked narrowing my eyes as she scoffed ignoring me texting smiling small.
Noticing her smirk while texting I instantly became heated as I paced over ripping her phone out of her hand smashing it onto the floor. "Danny!" She yelled as I stomped on it numerous times as she covered her hand with her mouth as her eyes watered. At this point I didn't give two fucks or a maybe about her dumbass phone. "My phone" She cried. "Fuck your phone" I said stepping over it as I clenched down onto my jaw leaving the room slamming the door.
How dare she fucking say Cayden should of been Masons her fucking corny ex boyfriend. Do you know how that made me feel? I could feel my heart falling into pieces at her comment as I left the house slamming the door sitting down on the porch. I don't fucking usually cry but I'd be lying if I said tears weren't falling down my face as I replayed her voice in my head wishing another man to be the father of my son. Kate was the first girl to ever phase me and get me to certain emotional points.
I bowed my head messing with my fingers as I closed my eyes thinking to myself trying to calm down as I sniffled wiping my eyes with my hoodie sleeve. That shit hit home and man it didn't feel good at all. It was fucked up and tearing me apart slowly by the second when I truly wasn't cheating on her. Ryan's secrets began interfering with my home life and relationship as I had to tell her I couldn't keep doing this to myself. I loved her so much it hurt knowing she kept accusing me of cheating, I'd never jeopardize my family for another female.
I didn't want anyone else.
