Karle jumped onto her bed with her cat and we all laughed at her, Sophia, Karle, Amanda and I all decided to hang out and catch up
not gonna lie it's really weird to be here without Madison
"guys"
they all looked toward me
"I think I wanna clear things with Madison"
"why?" Karle asked
"she was so rude though?" Sophia gave me a weird look
"we've all been sisters and yes she hurt me but I want to clear things because we all grew up together and I wouldn't know what I would do if I didn't get the chance to say sorry or anything"
"what do you have to say sorry for?" Amanda asked "not trying to sort it out"
they all nodded and Karle went back to playing with her cat
"let's go get food"

we arrived at mcdonald's and started ordering
"uh Lacey" I felt a tap on my shoulder and I turned and made direct eye contact with my ex

Chris I dated for a couple months and he cheated and then there was James, he was dating me during the whole drug phase
he was horrible to me but it was just another thing I could add on top to harm myself

the girls went to order and I told them to go get a table and i'll follow behind them
James handed me his drink that he got from his friend
"no i'm not kidding, this is the best drink from mcdonalds"
I took a sip
"it just tastes like pepsi?" my vision blurred
"hey are you alright?"
he grabbed my waist and helped me to the bathroom, we walked into the wheelchair bathroom and he locked the door

my eyes blurred again and I blacked out
it felt like only a few moments
when I woke up my pants were off and James was on top of me while I was leaned against the sink
tears immediately escaped, I tried to push him away and he put his hand around my mouth
I bit it and he pulled his hand away and stepped back, I almost fell off the sink and I put my stuff back on and ran out of the bathroom, I got stared at but I didn't care
I heard Karle tell my name but I ran outside
I felt arms around me and I winced
"hey it's just me" Amanda's voice rang through my ears "what happened"
"J-Ja-James rap-"
"he what?!" she said angrily and Sophia and Karle ran back inside to look for him
"I need Daniel" I said quietly as Amanda continued to hold onto me

we got into the car and I silently stared into space, I feel so violated and embarrassed, I feel broken and like my body isn't even my own
Sophia drove down the street and turned toward the apartment
we walked upstairs into their apartment and all of our phones were blown up with messages, I assumed mine were Daniel

from Madison's mom
