"Im sorry i came late i really am i just wanted you to be the first person i show, did i interrupt anything?"

Carter turned her head to look at Anthony, he didn't know the beautiful moments he ruined 10 minutes ago.

"No, you didn't i was just watching a film"

He nodded, they were in the car to go to the hall. It was finished! The plans were all done everything that they wanted all done. Except of course the food and drinks, but that won't be done until the day.

MrsDolan: im sorry baby :/ i will have to make it up to you later when i come home. 😉 I'll only be half an hour tops! I love you ❤😌

MrDolan: ok, whatever.

That was blank, he must be mad. Carter felt guilty but she really was excited for prom especially since she helped.

Carter sighed looking over to Anthony. He looked over and smiled as he pulled up to the school.

Anthony is an important person at the school, hence the reason why he has keys to the front door of the school.

He really is committed.

Carter hopped out of the car, pulling up the zip on her hoddie. She was only wearing a dress, not even tights. Well was earlier today.

"I am excited to see how this went, it came so quick "

They walked up the stairs, already knowing where to go. They have been going every day for a month tops.

"Well, superstar you did all the work and planning. So this is all on you"

Anthony opened the door for Carter to go into the hall and see it, but she stopped and looked at him.

"And you"

She smiled, leaning towards him to give him a hug. He accepted pulling her into a hug. He kissed her forehead and she laughed looking up at him. They stopped laughing, taking in each other's presences.

Anthony admired her pushing her hair behind her ear. Seeing the eyes he loved more clearly.

He started to lean in his lips nearly touching hers. Carter slightly pulled back, she can't do this to Grayson.

A bang erupted the hallways, making the noise pull the two apart. Carter walked to see if anyone was there. Yet she couldn't see anyone.

Carter rubbed her lips- she nearly kissed Anthony. What the fuck is wrong with her.

She coughed looking back at Anthony.

"Im sorry, Carter"

He walked up to her but she stepped away from him. Guilt running through her veins.

"Hey it's fine, we didn't actually kiss"

He stepped back to, does she hate him now?

"But if it wasn't for that bang, we would've"

The thought of hurting Grayson hurt her. Physically and mentally.

"Just forget it ever happened- right now can we go and see the setup now"

He nodded walking into the hall. The thoughts of finally kissing her went through his mind. His heartbeat flew high. He wanted her so bad. She's like a diamond he can't have. He can never have because she doesn't want him.

Carter breathed as she saw the masterpiece they both brought together. It was beautiful. Everything looked amazing.

"Woah, i can't believe us as students did this. It's amazing"

It was astonishing. The theme fitted right with everything they put together.

"We did good"

The keys of the building were flying around his fingers as he knew him and she did well. They couldn't wait for the night. When it comes it will look better. Of course, it will.

"This just makes reality better, i just hope nothing goes wrong. All this effort for nothing would be a disaster im telling you now"
