"Ethan I can't tell him, please can you do it"

Ethan looked shocked. She's ready to tell him but was scared of his reaction. Obviously, he was happy that she wanted to tell him, but she can't do it. She's scared.

"Carter I can't that's your job. It's not my place to tell him that he's going to be a dad"

"Please Ethan I need to tell him. I know if he doesn't want it ill completely break."

Ethan shook his head as he saw Carter break down. Her hormones are really strong at the moment.

"But if he wants the baby you won't see his reaction. He'll be upset that you didn't say anything to him. He should be the first one to know. He's supposed to know from you. That he's going to be a dad with your child"

Ethan hugged Carter as she broke down in his arms. He was right, this was a thing, Carter should do. Her she knows she won't be able to do it.

"I can't Ethan"

She shook her head as she broke apart from the hug and saw how much he looked like Grayson. An instant reminder.

"I know you can do it Carter just believe in yourself"

"Believe in me! How can I? im disappointed in myself. I'm a teen mom how am I going to cope if he doesn't want the baby"

Carter sat on the bed watching Ethan pace around. He's sure Grayson wouldn't do this to Carter. Even though this will ruin their career

There's a little bit of him telling him Grayson wouldn't want the baby. He can't see Grayson doing that to Carter. He loves her. He truly does.

Ethan has never seen Grayson so happy with a girl. She brought out the best side of him. It's sad how Carter doesn't know him that much to know he will want the baby.

Ethan was happy when he found out and he's going to be an uncle. I know there's a difference between a dad and uncle, but his would-be more important.

A dad is what Grayson will be. He's going to be an amazing one. He's so good with Carters siblings. He's even excited for baby ivy to come. So how will his reaction be bad?

He loves kids, he wants to be in the day. Maybe ideal for him to be a dad in the future but im sure being an early dad will be okay. How will it be any different?

This is a lifetime thing though. Maybe that will scare Grayson. Responsibility for a little human. Now that's a lot. Yet he's capable to do that.

He will love this baby no matter what. I'm sure.

"Even if Grayson doesn't want it, you have family that can support him. You don't have to rely on a boy. To help you look after a baby"

"It's better for the baby if the dad had a part in its life."

Carter was right, the baby should have a dad role in their life. Not every child needs one though right?

If the baby was a boy would it be more difficult if Grayson didn't want it? Carter's not a boy so will things be more difficult to understand? 

If it's a girl Carter will know what to do. She's a girl herself.

Yet she grew up with both genders so she will be okay with both. Her siblings were practices. That sounds horrible but it does help her for her future with the baby because she's had the experience.

Yet this will be a 24/7 thing. That will be harder.

"Please Ethan, do it for me"

She looked up hopefully as he stood in front of her.

"I'll tell him now"
