Carter was in her car outside of her workplace. She's on lunch break. She just went to get a smoothie and food.
"I know but, you need to rip this off like a bandaid"
Carter groaned. Yes, he's right, she knows that but come on people. You make this sound easy peasy lemon squeezy. But not it's stressed depressed lemon zest.
If we were older, then, of course, that would be 100 per cent way easier. Also if he had a normal job and wasn't famous.
"Okay if it's that easy why don't you tell Bella that you're pregnant"
"It doesn't work like that CJ"
Carter groaned hitting her car door. Hoping that she didn't actually damage anything.
"God, why can't I have a penis!"
Ethan laughed over the phone. He could tell how frustrating this was for Carter.
"How do you feel about having a baby"
Carter sat up straight from her slouch. How does she feel? No one has asked that. She hasn't had anyone to talk to about this because that would mean telling people that she is pregnant. Happy is what she feels. It's going to be amazing. She's going to have little mini her or a little mini Grayson. Just the thought of being a mom overwhelmed her.
"I'm over the moon, it's crazy really. I don't want to tell anyone until the 3-month scan"
Logically you shouldn't be telling people you're pregnant. You could easily lose the baby if it's younger than 3 months. Yet after it's not as easy.
"I'm honestly happy for you CJ, I've seen you with Kenzo you will be a great mom"
A tear slipped Carter's eye. She's always thinking the worse.
"I'm just scared you know"
A message from Grayson popped up making Carter says her quick goodbyes to Ethan to reply to the message.
Dolan🖤: Fruity smoothie for one?
Johnson❤: that one will accept the fruity smoothie. Thank you baby <3 I'm in the parking lot of work I'll come home early. My work is done 😝

"Thank you baby"
Grayson was topping up Carter's smoothie with whipped cream. Carter smiled as she lied on her side watching him. They were on the roof of the garage. Just chilling as Grayson says.
"Anything for you"
He squirted some cream in his mouth making Carter laugh. She moved in forward kissing him, the kiss lit them up. Both loving the passion surrounding them. The sun setting. Whilst surrounded by fruits, and let's not forget the birds singing.
She pulled away locking eyes with him.
"I can't believe we have ended up like this CJ"
Carter pulled a face not understanding what he meant. He loved every minute of his time with her. He was in love. Which we all knew.
"What do you mean"
"Together, in love with each other. Over a bet to make an ex jealous"
Carter smiled- a good story to tell the baby. Not really a romantic start to their relationship but they are happy. It turned out good, and will hopefully stay good.
"Crazy, do you think we won the bet"
"Yeah definitely she's still sliding in my DMS, but instead I would rather have you my beautiful honey"
Carter laughed and rolled her eyes.
"I went through hell for you Dolan don't forget that. You didn't have a smoothie thrown at you now did you?"
That video still haunts Carter, it's still on the internet. All the fan pages have posted it. Sidney posts it still on her story.
Grayson chuckled, it's funny to think about how that was ages ago. Sidney has started to back off a little but is still there lingering. She can't win anymore.
