The next few classes had been boring for Hannah. She kept thinking about Sehun and how they hadn't gotten lunch together. That upset her greatly for some reason.

"Hannah?" her teacher called out.

"Crap," Hannah silently swore, "I wasn't paying attention."

"Hannah," her teacher said again, "you're needed in the office immediately."

Grateful for an excuse to miss her last period, Hannah packed quickly and dashed out of the room. She confidently strode to the office.

Just as Hannah was about to open the office door, it swung open, surprising her.

"Oh. Hey," Sehun said, yawning.

"Sehun," Hannah growled, "You could have killed me."

Sehun shrugged, "Sucks for you, then. Are you coming in?"

Hannah pushed him aside and entered the office.

One of the office staff looked at her with her eyebrow raised, but didn't ask any questions. She just motioned Hannah to the principal's office.

As Hannah head toward Mr. Logan's, the principal, office she heard one of the staff mutter, "If she's a friend of Mr. Oh, she's no doubt trouble."

Hannah grimaced and made a mental note to get herself noticed as a good student as much as possible.

She knocked on the door, which opened immediately.

"Are you Hannah Smith?" Mr. Logan asked in a gruff voice. Hannah nodded. Mr. Logan gave her a pitiful look and stepped aside for her to enter.

"Sit," Mr. Logan suggested. Hannah obliged. She fiddled with a paper weight on his desk.

"Hannah, I'm sorry to tell you this," Mr. Logan began right after he sat down behind his desk, "but your mother is in the emergency room. Your aunt has called, asking me to inform you, and she says that she can't drive you home. I'm terribly sorry."

Hannah dropped the paper weight, which fell to the floor with a loud thud. She couldn't breathe, she couldn't move. The room started spinning in lop-sided circles.

"Hannah!" Mr. Logan shouted, jumping from his chair.

The door erupted, slamming into the wall. Sehun ran in.

"What happened?" Sehun demanded.

"Mr. Oh, your presences isn't-"

"Like hell it isn't! What happened to Hannah?!"

Sehun rushed over to Hannah and knelt beside her. He shook her out of her trance. "Hannah, come on, you're making me piss my pants."

Hannah blinked at Sehun. Suddenly, she shot her arm out and grabbed his jacket sleeve. "Sehun," her voice wavered, "I have to go to the hospital. Right now."

Sehun gaped at her with shock, his eyes wide. Then he snapped his head in Mr. Logan's direction. "WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?!" He yelled.

"Lower your voice, Sehun! I did nothing to her. Her mother's in the emergency room, but she has nobody to drive her." Mr. Logan hissed.

"Let's go," Sehun said, yanking Hannah up from her seat. He walked to the door, dragging Hannah right behind him.

"Wait!" Mr. Logan cried, "School isn't out yet so you can't-"

BRRRINNNGGG. The bell rang, signaling the end of school.

"See ya," Sehun called over his shoulder.
