It was 1:48 AM at the hospital. Arlene was sound asleep, leaning on Kris. She was loosely holding Hannah's hand.

Tao was sitting on the floor, propped against the seat to the left of Kris, who was on Hannah's right. He was fast asleep as well.

Sehun was also in deep sleep, his breathing deep. He had an arm securely wrapped around Hannah's waist.

Hannah and Kris were the only ones awake.

Kris nodded in Sehun's direction. "So, are you sure that everything between you two is okay?" He asked sincerely.

Arlene had been majorly pissed at Sehun, for hurting Hannah, and at Hannah, for "taking Sehun back".

Hannah slightly smiled at the memory. She sighed, "Yeah. I think things will be fine."

"Does he know that you almost got hit by a car?"

Hannah grimaced. "No, but when he finds out..." She didn't need to finish the sentence. Sehun would go ballistic.

Her thoughts wandered again, to why she almost got run over. And why she was in the hospital, waiting. Her smile slowly began to diminish.

Kris noticed. "Hey," he spoke up. "You have us, Hannah."

Hannah looked up at him.

"If you need us, we'll be there for you. We're not going anywhere. You've got a bunch of new friends that will stick with you, okay?" He paused and grinned cheekily. "And a new boyfriend."

"We're not dating!" Hannah protested, her cheeks reddening.

Kris just laughed.

Hannah took in Kris's words. She thought about her friends, how they were sleeping in hospitals for her, literally pushing her out of harm's way, doing everything to cheer her up, and much more.

Honestly, she couldn't have felt more grateful.

"Thank you, Kris. You're a really good guy," Hannah blinked the tears away. "I'm glad that Arlene has you."

She frowned. "But I swear," she threatened him," if you hurt her in any way or form, I will bash your face in with my shoe."

Kris crossed his heart with his index finger. "She's in good hands. I will treat her like a queen."

"Good," Hannah grinned.

Just then, the elevator doors dinged.

The two turned their attention to them, and caught sight of Luhan walking out, alone.

Kris stood first, only because Hannah had difficulties with Sehun's death grip around her body.

Hannah took his physical state in, and by the looks of it, his emotional state probably wasn't any better.

His hair was messy. The clothing on him had endless creases and winkles. His usually healthy looking lips were helplessly cracked. But his eyes...his eyes were the worst.

They were painfully bloodshot.

"From crying?" Hannah thought.

The vessels were bright red, along with the skin around his eyes.

"Oh, Luhan," Hannah said in a hushed voice. She walked over and took his cold hands into hers. "What happened? What did they do to you?"

"They told me the truth," Luhan replied quietly.

Hannah furrowed her eyebrows. "What do you mean?"

"She told me everything, on that paper she wrote on before she went into the emergency room. I talked to him, too. He gave me the serum to drink. It gave all of my memories back." The last part was just a whisper.

Both of their hands shook.

"Who, Luhan? Who's 'she' and 'he'?" Hannah's voice was trembling terribly.

"Ou...your parents."

Confusion. Anger. And a fresh wave of pain washed all over Hannah. She didn't understand. Why had Luhan spoken to her parents? What was he talking about?

Did her dad find out about the car incident? He couldn't have...and Luhan had saved her...

"Luhan, you're scaring me," Hannah pleaded weakly.

Luhan squeezed her hands, hoping for the shaking to stop.

He let the words fall.

"I remember everything, Hannah. From that night, the nights after.
Y-you...he said that you always believed that...you always...had..."

Each word he spoke had more and more emotion into it. But, the more he said, the more Hannah got confused.

"He helped, too. The man. I remember him now," Luhan continued. "He's the one who told M-...your mom."

Why couldn't he say that phrase? Why couldn't he say anything that involved Hannah's parents with ease? Was it because of her mother?

"Luhan...," Hannah whispered.

He just shook his head.

"No, not Luhan. I was found, Ham."

Hannah's eyes widened in disbelief. Only childhood friends knew that nickname. She's never told anyone else.

"You found me. I found who I was," Luhan's eyes began to water.

"Who are you?" Hannah was terrified of the answer.

The tears rolled down Luhan's pale face, and dropped off of his chin.

"I am Lin Smith."

Alright, so I know that I said in my last chapter that I found it interesting that you guys thought Luhan was the brother.

Honestly, I just then realized that I was being too obvious without meaning to, but it would have been a pain in the ass to redo everything. So I made it seem like he wasn't :)

Hey, it wasn't technically LYING. I would never lie to you guys, geez.

How do you feel?

xoxo <3
