Chenle woke up early and prepares himself for his job later at night. He couldn't tell the truth to his mother, so he decided to make an excuse. After preparing for his classes, he went out of his bedroom and saw his mother preparing breakfast.
"Lele? You're early.. Do you have morning classes today?" she asked. Chenle took a seat at the table and drinks the hot chocolate before answering. "Yes, Mom.. We have Social Arts 101 today.." Taeyeon nods.
"Oh, I see.. Goodluck on your classes! By the way, be sure to go home early, I'll cook your favorite dish for dinner.." Chenle looks at her before answering. "About that, mom.. I'll be home late because we have to finish this project.." he stuttered.
Taeyeon looks at him and sighed. "It's okay, Lele.. Just make sure to take care always, hmm?" Chenle smiled back bitterly. "Okay, Mom.." She quickly fixes him a plate of pancakes with honey-cured bacon and sunny side-up eggs.
"Is that food that I smell?" Heechul went out of the guest room, still yawning. Taeyeon rolled her eyes. "Yes, my dear brother.. Now, join Chenle at the table and eat.." Heechul hops happily and joins Chenle.
After eating, Chenle quickly excused himself. "I'll be leaving now, Mom.. Uncle.." Heechul, who's mouth is still full, answered. "Take care, Lele!" Taeyeon hugs her son and kissed his forehead. "Take care always, Lele.. Always put some eye moisturizer drops on your lenses, okay?"
Chenle nods then left immediately. While walking away from their house, he felt guilty for not telling his mom the truth. "I'm so sorry, Mom.." he whispered. Meanwhile, Taeyeon watches him while he was walking away.
She hovers her hand on her chest. "Why do I feel that something is gonna happen?" she thought.
Jisung arrived early and looks for Chenle. However, he saw the boy took a seat few chairs away from him. He felt a pang of pain on his heart. "He was clearly avoiding me.." he thought.
The whole time that the professor is discussing, he just stared at Chenle. On the other hand, Chenle can feel that Jisung is staring at him and it made him feel uneasy. He can clearly tell that the boy wants to talk to him.
However, he ignored it and focused on the discussion. "He pushed me away from him.. Why does he look like he need to talk to me?" he thought.
After class, Chenle quickly left that Jisung didn't noticed that he was gone. He felt really sad. "Was he that desparate to avoid me?" he thought before leaving the lecture hall.
"Jisung!" a boy yelled his name. He looked back and saw his friend whose parents are also business partners with his parents. "How are you, bro?" He smiled and bumped their fists. "I'm doing fine.. Are you also studying here?" Jisung asked.
"Yes.. Digital Arts major.. I also need to take this subject.. That's when I saw you.. By the way, I'll be having a party tonight, please come!" Jisung thought it was a good idea to have some few drinks to relieve his stress.
"Sure!" Jisung answered. The boy smirked before leaning closer to Jisung's ear, whispering something. "Plus, I've rented a stripper that we can make fun of.."
Jisung lightly punched his shoulder. "You're naughty as always.. I don't have interest with that.. I'll just enjoy your drinks.." The boy laughs. "Sure! See you later!"
Jisung went home to his apartment to prepare for the party. However, he was gonna be surprised on what, or who, rather will he see there.
