It was a beautiful afternoon, and the two are now on their way to Jisung's apartment. Chenle was smiling the whole time while walking, making the taller curious as to why he is happy. "You look really happy today, Chenle.." Jisung starts the conversation.
The smaller looks at him and smiled brightly, making Jisung's heart flutter again. "Of course! I am so excited because this will be my first time going on a camping!" he happily replied. Jisung nods, satisfied on Chenle's answer.
"So, how was the dance rehearsal? Why did it took till noon?" the smaller asked. "Oh.. We had to learn a very hard dance routine that's why we need to spend longer time at the dance studio.." he answered hesistantly. "Oh, I see.."
Honestly, the dance practice had last for 2 hours only. And after the rehearsal, he ate early lunch with his dance mates and quickly goes to a shopping mall, buying brand new tents and equipments for their camping.
He wanted it to be special, he wanted Chenle to enjoy every single moment of it.
Arriving at the apartment, Chenle was so excited when he saw the tent and other equipments that they will use for the night. He jumps happily, while looking at the stuffs. "This is so cool! I can't wait!" he cheered.
Jisung nods and looks fondly at him. "Me too, Chenle.. I am really excited as well.. By the way, how about our food?" The smaller looks at him with a shocked expression. "Oh my gosh! I forgot about that!" he exclaimed. "Don't worry about it, Chenle.. We can settle for ramen, I guess?"
Chenle shakes his head. "No way! Sorry Jisung, but I want to prepare delicious food for both of us.." Jisung can see that the smaller is getting stressed for a little thing again. "Alright, Chenle.. You can look at my fridge if you want.."
The smaller's expression brightens again, making Jisung felt relieved. "That's a great idea, Jisung!" Then, he runs to the kitchen, opening the fridge. "Woah! Your fridge are full of stocks! I can manage some dishes for us later!"
"Faster, Jisung!" Chenle signals him, the smaller hops happily towards the top of the hill. "Wait for me, Chenle!" the taller yelled, having a hard time to hike at the hill, because all of the stuffs that they need, including the tent, are on his back.
Good thing that the hill is just a one-minute walk from the apartment, since it was practically standing behind the building. When Jisung was stressed, he would always go to the hill to ease his worries, staring at the over-looking city.
They had set up the tent properly and turns on the electric heating pad inside, since it was starting to get chilly, brought by the October nights. The taller successfully started a campfire, making Chenle clapped his hands. "You're amazing, Jisung!" And that comment made him blushed.
After setting up, Jisung discovered that they had only brought one, big, fluffly blanket. "We forgot to bring another blanket, Chenle.." the taller said. Chenle peeks outside from tent, enjoying the heat from the electric pad.
"It's alright, Jisung.. It's warm here inside.." the taller just nods and keep checking their stuffs. When Chenle had fully opened the door of the tent, a delicious scent came out from it, making Jisung hungry.
"What's that smell?" he asked, mouth almost drooling from the smell. "Come on, inside!" the smaller called him. "Let's have a dinner first!" the taller didn't waste any time and quickly goes inside the tent, joining the smaller.
