"His smile is so precious, Mom.. I just want to take care of him for the rest of my life.. I want to give the whole world to him, to make him feel and experience the beauty of this world.. The one that he missed when he's still blind.. I want to be always be there for him.." Jisung sighed.
Sooyoung just looks at him with a smile on her face. She finds it cute, revealing all his thoughts about Chenle. He was about to speak again when his mother stopped him, holding his hand. "Okay, Ji.. You're rambling.." Sooyoung laughs.
A blush appeared on Jisung's face, making him to look down to hide his face. His mother held his chin softly, tilting his head up to reveal his face. "There's nothing to be shy about your feelings, son.. I am just happy to see you like this again.."
Jisung smiled softly on his mother, appreciating the support she was giving. "But the real question is.." Sooyoung went back to little bit serious. "Do you like Chenle?" she asked.
After hearing that question, Jisung became silent for a while, looking at his hands. Once again, all the things he spoke about Chenle flashes on his mind, making his heart beat really fast. After a few moments, Jisung held his head up, answering his mother's question confidently.
"Yes, Mom.. I like Chenle very much.."
"Then, why don't you confess?" she immediately asked. Jisung shakes his head with a bitter expression on his face. "I don't want to ruin what we have, Mom.."
Sooyoung holds his hand really tight. "Maybe he could understand you, if you confess.." Jisung shakes his head. "I don't want to my feelings to be a burden to him, Mom.. I don't want him to like me back out of pity, just because I confessed that I like him.."
Sooyoung was amazed on how her son think about this kind of things carefully. Jisung stood up and kissed his mother's cheek. "Thanks for the delicious dinner, Mom.. Thank you also for helping me realized my feelings for Chenle.. I think I'll keep my feelings first for myself.."
"Urgh.. It is nice weekend to rest and sleep for the whole day.. Where are you taking me?" Kyung Ho whined on his wife. "Sshh.. I told you, I'll let you meet our son's love interest.." she said calmly, while browsing her phone.
They're on their car, driving their way to Kun's Flower Shop.
Kyung Ho immediately jolted up, looking at his wife with eager eyes. "Oh.. This is so exciting! Tell me, is she pretty?" he asked. Sooyoung looks at him annoyingly. "I think he's pretty? I don't know.. Renjun said that he is fluffy and cute.."
"He? Does that mean Jisung's crush is a boy?!" Sooyoung glared at him. "Why? Is there a problem? You always say that you'll support our son.. Now is the time that he needs it from his father.."
Kyung Ho sighed. "I didn't mean to sound so discriminating.. I don't have any problem with this kind of things.. I support Jisung on anything he wants.. I was just a little bit shocked.. If Jisung likes him, it means he's really cute.." he smiled.
"Good to know.." Sooyoung pecked his cheek. "We're here, Ma'am.." the driver announced. Kyung Ho peeked at the car window and saw that they're at the front of the flower shop. "Let's go, honey.." Sooyoung signalled, leaving the car.
