"Every second of your presence
Every second of your spell
I'm enchanted
For it's all I ever needed"

Ever since that moment, I know that I need to talk to her no matter what. There's this sudden rush that I feel inside, something I could barely explain through words. Seeing that the very same face in my dreams will be as clear as day in this imperfect reality. For some weird reason, I feel like it's destiny. Maybe it really is? I can't be sure just yet. I really take note of everything that happened in my dreams as much as possible. I always try to find the meaning behind every scene, every emotion that it represents. And to see her in my dreams, and now in reality, it makes me feel like it's meant to be.
I'm really taken aback by these thoughts inside of my head that I forgot that there's an orientation I have to attend to.
"Hey! L! What're you doing in there? Let's go." June said with that funny face he usually gives when he's late. Among the squad, June's transportation time is the longest compared to all of us. It takes him an average of two hours just to travel on the way to the university. While me on the other hand takes about thirty minutes and maybe even less. Me and June live in the same city, but he is in a much farther subdivision. And again, I live just near the station. My transportation really depends on the song that I'm listening to, and what mood I'm in. There are times where I just go straight ahead, and there are times that I just hate myself for a couple of minutes and smoke at the nearest area possible.
"I thought you're not going too." I said to him while we move pass other students in the catwalk.
"I thought you're not going too, L." June said with as much sarcasm as he can.
"Well, I have no allowance from paps if I just stay at home. And by the way, I saw this girl outside –"
Before I could even finish, June erupts with one of the most annoying things we do with the squad. He started looking and pointing random people and point them back at me. A bastard drawing segments to a lot of endpoints, whose only other endpoint is me.
"The hell man, don't be too obvious. Just listen for a second."
"Okay, okay, what quadrant is she right now?"
"I don't know man. I can't look upfront after what you just did."
"I'm sorry bro, let's just go meet the others in the auditorium first." He cracked a little bit, but he knows that I'm serious with what I'm going to say.
I told him about the dream that I had, and the girl I just saw outside the university. Everyone in the squad is pretty much douchebags and crazy bastards, but of all of them, June knows when to be serious. I told him to not tell the others first, and let me do my thing. He then told me that he's familiar with my description of the girl, and he might be able to help me know her name.
What's really hard sometimes is that I barely know other people in the university outside my classmates. I'm not that friendly towards other people that I barely know. Every time my friends see some of their friends and have a chitchat, I just awkwardly stand at the back, wishing that they stop talking already. This is usually the case for June.
As we were about to go inside the auditorium, we passed by some guy who studies the same shit like us, meaning we're in the same department, and they started talking about why their late. And there I was, stomping my feet louder and louder, until June told the guy to enter the auditorium with us. So, it wouldn't look like it's just the two of us that were late.
We entered the auditorium, and luckily it was a bit full to my surprise. Me and June went to the section where my other block mates were, and the other guy went to his friends. I was about to sit when I saw that very familiar face again. It's her, and she's in the same section with the guy that June and I entered with. My eyes are glued to her angle for I don't know how long, until I heard my professor talk behind me.
"Mr. Alcantara , sit down."
It wasn't that loud, but a quarter of the crowd stared back at me, and June, laughed his ass off.
"I'm sorry sir." My professor nodded and I took my sit.
"What's wrong with you L? Did you see her?
"Yeah bro, she's here."
"Oh, you don't need to tell me the coordinates. Your eyes say it all. Can you atleast be a little less upfront?"
"Okay okay. She's just freaking amazing dude."
"Yeah, I know her."
"What's her name then?"
"You're going to buy me lunch first."
"But your mom always pack your lunch –"
"Buy me lunch first."
"Okay, okay."
After the orientation, which I barely know anything about, me and the squad decided to play some Dota before we go home. June was sitting right next to me, and there he told me about it. Her name, her name is Jasmine.
We were in-game but my hero died as usual (dubbing me as the feeder of the squad), so I decided to say hi to her. I didn't even realize that we were friends on facebook for like two years now. But I guess I'm not really paying that much attention back then. After sending the message, she replied hi back, and there it went on and on about some other things related to school.
"Hey, we're playing. Save that for later love bug, we have a rank game to win." June said with the same annoying smile, somewhat supportive, but keeping his priorities straight.
I decided to jump back in and finish the game as fast as we could. We went straight home afterwards. I decided to message her again while I'm at the station on the way home. We went from talking about school stuff, to a bunch of random things. She's easy to talk to, making me feel like a highschool kid again. For the first time in a while, I'm riding on this train with a smile in my heart.
We went from talking that day, to talking every single day. We even talk up to 3 am for two consecutive days. It's those type of moments where we are far from one another, but I can feel her presence right next to me. Those talks up until the sun rises give me the feeling like we're at a roof, under the stars, kissed by the moonlight, talking about everything and anything, and even dawn can't even stop us. We were frozen in time, with moments and memories that will probably change our lives before we even know it.
