25: Start

The rain stopped, Hoseok opened the car door so we both get in, I walked away, I mean by car, no way, I don't know when I will see them again, so at least spending as much time as I can. He sighed, Taehyung was walking while keeping a straight face. Hoseok went steps behind so he can give us some time, I was just about to speak when he did first.

"I just want to tell you that I refuse to be like them, I have always refused, mum never raised me with that stained money, Mum came from a rich family, but she fell for the wrong guy, as soon as I was born she discovered his dirty work, however, she refused to leave, she kept trying and trying to make him stop, as I grew up I heard them fight every night about it, she threatened him that she would take me and leave but he always had the same answer 'I will replace you'"

"Why didn't she tell her family then and get a divorce?" I asked

"Because she really loved him, she wanted to risk it all to be with him, and my father did too, my mother died young, he was devastated for a while but then he married again as if mum never existed, he removed every single thing that belonged to her but I sneaked something and kept it to me, if he truly loved her he would have stopped those things he does but she wasted her life in vain" he said with gloominess and sadness filling him up one by one.

"No she didn't, look at you, you are the kindest person I have ever met and purest too, Tae your mother would be so proud of you."

I wanted the words to keep on flowing but he suddenly stopped, everything stopped, awareness, my thoughts, my heart beats, my eye blinks, everything, including time. Even though I felt like everything froze, I kept on hearing a clock ticking, where was it coming from?

"Ren sweetheart let's go inside" interrupted Hoseok or shall I say he woke me up

"Hmm? Oh we are here" I tilted my head, why haven't he said anything? Hoseok nodded simply and entered the building

"At least stay until we leave" I said

"I have to go". I took a breath and slowly exhaled it and nodded my head

"See you soon aki" the wind blew and goose bumps filled me up one by one, the air felt different. He said as he put on his hood and disappeared in the thickness of the night.

I went upstairs with Hoseok and we started collecting my things, packing my clothes in a small bags. I don't have many things anyways.

"Are you sure you can't hide me anywhere?" I asked

He pulled my arm and made me sit down "Sweetest heart listen to me carefully, I know what you are going through right now but you can't just rebel on your own, it's wrong, they are your parents after all, you might think that they are against all your wills but believe me it's because they care, you are not thinking right so calm down and let everything be"

"You are telling me to give up on Tae Hoseok"

"No dumb head no, you just let everything flow, and pray to God that all the hardships end quickly and believe me they will"

I went to the airport and made a short call before I left. The moment I got on the plane I fell asleep, for the whole trip I guess. I needed to have some rest, I need to wake up from the madness I have been pulling myself into, and I need to think straightly and efficiently. I need to have a plan.

The moment the plane landed I woke up and we went straight to the place called home, years ago when I came here alone all by myself everything seemed off and different, it never felt like a new place to start finding myself, it looked like a hideout that everyone knew, however, now it really seems like the baby steps of the change, not going back to the old Rena that I have always wished to go back to, but changing into a new one.

It was dark already, around 7 PM, the streets were busy and crowded but I no longer felt the pressure maybe because I was busy thinking about other stuff.

Change

We arrived home, actually our house was in one of the finest and richest areas in the neighborhood, the only disadvantage was that it was right in front Yuri's house. We entered the house and I was heading upstairs but dad stopped me.

"Rena" he called my name and I swear I felt different, I felt grown up all of a sudden.

"Yes" I simply replied

"Your bag, right now"

"What do I call that now? You wanted me to come back with you guys and I agreed, now what?"

"Well, the moment you landed here, it means that every relation you have done there is cut, with every single one of the people you knew there"

"What?"

"Your bag young lady" he insisted and I opened it he kept taking everything out and he took everything except my clothes, my laptop, chargers, and insisted to take my cell phone.

"Honey, listen there is a tv upstairs in your room and some great books for your favourite authors, you wont get bored and anything you want we can go buy it together after I come home"

"Am I a five years old or what mum? I can go alone and buy whatever I want"

"With what? Lollipops, do you have any money?" dad gave out a sarcastic laugh and left me speechless

"James that's enough, Rena honey I will give you all you need I am your mother okay, we just want to make sure of your safety, for a while then you will be free to go out alone, now go upstairs take a hot bath and change your clothes" Mum hugged me tightly and sent me upstairs

I went to my room and threw the leftovers of my bag on the bed. Everything was still the same, nothing moved. I locked my door room slowly.

I put a chair in front of my closet and reached for a small box that was simply put next to some other boxes. I took out a book that was place at the bottom of that box. I put everything back to place trying to make the least sounds and unlocked the door but kept it closed then I went into the bathroom with that book and locked the door behind me. I opened the tap and let the water run in the bath tub. I sat on the end of the tub and opened the book.

Inside of it was a large hole which kept an old cell phone with its charger, I switched it on with crossed fingers, the moment the screen shone with lights, I instantly looked at the top of the screen.

"Bingo, Kim Seokjin" I whispered to myself with a smile, as soon as I said it I received a text

' Hi Ren,

I guess what you asked for is all done by now, at the end of this message you will find all the contacts you asked for ;) . Rena be strong and don't do anything foolish, I have sent some money in your bank account, in case you need them but please don't do anything without giving it a while to settle, Take all the time you need okay.
