Patricia loathed Chloe for leaving her brother. Phil was a mess, he had sleepless nights and he couldn't work. There were nights he'd cry himself to sleep because Chloe killed every part of him by abandoning him and their child.

Her thunder was taken away because Chloe's return is bigger news than her engagement. Her brother told her what he knows so far, Chloe's illness and accident, and even her soul-searching trip to Tokyo.

Phil sighed, "I still love her, Trish. I need her. Star needs her."

"She's clueless. What are you going to do? Tell her?" Trish asked. It hurt her to see Phil break and cry. Chloe's the only woman who made him emotional as he didn't give a shit about the other girls he previously dated.

"If I tell her, she'd leave. Jesse is still alive. I have a feeling Jesse did something to her. I'm going to make Chloe fall in love with me again so she would stay," Phil explained.

"Are you out of your fucking mind? The girl is getting married! Let her go, she's not worth it."

"There's a reason why we met again. I've been at peace for almost five years." Phil is determined to get the love of his life back to his family. "I believe that this is our time to be finally together."

"She dumped you, okay? This new Chloe would probably do the same since she's still with Dmitri."

"Trish, I've lost her twice. Do you think I could let the third time happen? If I have to crash her wedding, I would do that."

"Okay, what would you do if she chooses to stay with Dmitri? It's been almost five years, Phil. It's enough time for her to move on from you. If she really did plan to go to Tokyo on the night of her accident, she's just going to say goodbye or have one last look at your daughter before she dies," Trish deduced. "She had five years to come back to you but she ultimately chose Dmitri and her life in New York."

Phil didn't care anymore as he would take every opportunity there is to make his family complete again.

Before the sun rose, Phil woke up and freshened up. He and Star went down to wait for Chloe so they can have breakfast together.

"Dad, I like Aunt Chloe," Star said as she started coloring her latest sketch when they got a table. "She's better than Aunt Suzuka at everything."

"I know," Phil agreed with a smile on his face. Thinking about seeing her again is making his heart beat faster in a good way. He hasn't had that feeling in years.

"I want you to marry her," Star mentioned.

"Good morning, pumpkin," Chloe sat beside Star and kissed her cheek.

"Mommy!" Star hugged Chloe then kissed her cheek. "I want dad to marry you."

Chloe looked at Phil who's a little bit embarrassed. "That's cute, love," she replied to the little girl beside her.

"Look!" She excitedly showed her the drawing she made. "That's daddy, me, and you," the little girl pointed at each of the characters she made.

Chloe's heart melted and she commented, "This is so amazing, Star. You should be an artist."

"This girl loves to draw a lot," Phil said to Chloe. "She could be Da Vinci or Picasso of this century."

"I think so too," Chloe said.

"Can we go to the park later?" Star asked Chloe.

"You should have your breakfast first," Chloe replied. "Then we'll walk there, okay?"
