I Love Lance but he now dates Allura.

Keith knows about my feelings for Lance and been supporting me since we kinda become close friends.

The night i planned to confess to Lance was the night he told me, hunk and keith he planned to ask Allura out. We had a ball to go to that night and i was in a normal black suit with a green shirt. I was planning to confess at the ball but Lance dropped that confession bomb in the ship as we were heading over.  Coran, Allura and Shiro were in another ship meaning they didn't hear. 

That night i cried, i really cried my eyes out and freaked Keith out since i couldn't stop crying. He thought my eyes might have been broken all of a suddenly since no human should be able to cry so much non stop. After keith freaked out he then tried helping me cheer up but soon started crying him self making us both freak out because the emotionally strong ones were crying their eyes out like children. 

We both didn't leave his room after we enter the dinner room and had a big fuss/ panic made over how red our eyes were and how we been crying. We never told them why we cried or any info, we just stole all of Hunk cookies and locked ourselves in keith room until we seemed normal again. 

I wont Lie, watching Lance and Allura date hurt. 

Watching them laugh, kiss, hug, hold hands, pet names and the I LOVE YOU part just broke me more. It was slowly breaking me inside but me being his good friend just fake smiled and acted cool like nothing was wrong. 

I listened to him talk about how much he loved Allura, how their relationship was going wonderfully and so much more making me want to scream. But i sat acting as a good friend and nodded in certain parts until he was done. 

I love Lance, the blue paladin of voltron

But 

he loves allura. 

I didn't have a chance against a princess like her. 

She had the perfect body .. i could still fit in children clothes.

She had the pretty hair ... Mine was crazy and pointed out everywhere. 

She was kind hearted  ... I was never good at understanding my heart.

She was honester ... I wasn't.  

She spoke posh ... I swear like no tomorrow and like a crazy man.

She seemed perfect ... I was just a nerd.

She always looked good .... I looked like the dead.

She was beautiful ... I am a troll that got dragged in dirt for a day.

She was a princess and i was just me. 

What made it worse was that everyone liked Allura or fell for her charms, it was driving me crazy. 

Save a planet as a paladin voltron and all the boys would be drooling over Allura as she walks out the castle.

You really don't know how annoying that can get. 

I love Lance

But 

Lance loves Allura

I needed to move on but i couldn't.

"how you holding up" Keith asked with a small smile as he sat next to me on a low branch that was the same height as a bench.

"you think anyone would notice if the castle blew up but only where allura was standing" Pidge mumbled.

"i'm sure everyone wouldn't believe that was a galra attack if only the prince got blew up" Keith smiled as i sigh.  

"he kept me up to two am talking about how much he loves her and telling me all the details" I frown and Keith gives me a side hug.

"its gonna get better" Keith smiled and i give a small smile.

"why couldn't i just be born an altean princess and be frozen until lance awoken me" I pout and Keith chuckled.

"because if took your life she never know how to hack or look for her family in space meaning lance nor Hunk would the blue lion and never help me carry shiro" Keith smiles and i sigh again.

"no fun" I sulk earning Keith to chuckle again. 

"don't worry he understand just how amazing you are soon" Keith smiled and jump of the branch.

"who" Lance asked behind them both and making me fall of the branch face palming the ground.

"ow" I groan and Lance picks me up like a toy.

"sorry" Lance frowns and lets me down. 

"Katie here has a crush but he dating someone else because he an idiot and can't see how cool Katie would be" Keith smirked as i glare at him.

"no way you like someone, that awesome" Lance grins and i frown and keith face palms himself. 

"yeah but he already dating someone better" I weakly smile and step away from lance.

"that sucks, he must be stupid if he cant tell how amazing and wonderful you are Katie" Lance smiled gently and it a death shot ... i'm going down my heart cant handle all this in one sentence.

"you broke her" Keith sighed as he waves a hand in front of my face after i froze. 

"sorry" lance mumbled.

"why don't you date Katie if she so wonderful" Keith smirks and cross's his arms, remind me to kill him later.

"pidge wouldn't like an idiot like me, she too cool for someone like me" Lance frown and i wanted to slap him.

"lance look at Pidge halo background picture its off her crush" Keith grins and gives a small wave before walking away.

"sorry Pidge, just let me see" Lance smiles and open my Halo seeing a photo me and him took long ago.

"me" Lance yelps and runs away in shock. 

"i really need to move on from such an idiot but i cant help loving him so much" I smile and head back to the ship knowing where lance would hide.
