Started with a Storm - Kidge.

It all Started when the Castel was on a planet for a couple days.

It was a night planet during the day but at night it had horrible storms.

Pidge didnt like stroms beucause every time a strom comes something bad alwayd happened to her.

She didnt want to lose anyone else or have anyone else suffer in front of her and she knew she was no longer on earth but she was scared of stroms.

As the Storm rage on she left her room and walked to the kitchen for some water.

A light green soft blanket over her head like a child, she knew it was silly but it made her feel a little safer.

She knew she was a paladin of voltron and fought against the galra most days but she was scared.

She drank a cup of water before walking towards her room but stopped when she noticed keith door open.

She walked over and looked inside seeing keith sat on his bed looking out the window into the stormy night.

Pidge breath was taken away as she saw him, he seemed at peace and his beauty shined.

"cant sleep" He asked in a small voice as he glanced at her, a little shocked to see her hiding under a blanket like a child would.

"dont laugh but im scared of stroms" She mumbled.

"wanna sit with me, my dad use to it when i was a little boy and it always made me feel safer knowing someone else was with me" Keith replied and Pidge nodded before sitting on the bed beside him.

"something bad always happened when a strom came along on earth, sometimes it was a small thing meaning just falling over and sometimes it was a big thing like dad getting hit by a car or matt and my dad going missing ... im scared something might happen again" Pidge frowned and keith turned to her with worry.

"dont worry pidge, im gonna protect you from any harm" Keith smiled gently.

"but who will protect you and the guys" Pidge mumbled with worry shocking keith since she was more worried for them then herself.

"we not on earth so we be fine and i know you protect her from any harm while we protect you" Keith smiled and pulled her into a hug, she didnt mind since he felt warm and safe.

"thanks keith" She whispered before her eyes slowly fell asleep.

Every night for the rest of the week i would go to keith room, he be sitting on his bed looking to the strom. He would look at peace and look beautiufl to pidge. A small smile fell to his lips as he would turn to pidge once he notice she came and they sit beside the other. His arms wrapped around her tightly and her little arms wrapped around him.

She would wake up in her own bed and they act like nothing happen during the date.

Then they left the planet and headed back to the war. Only one paladin was glad to be going back to the battle but that was only beacuse she didnt want to stay surranded by storms everynight.

The first couple nights she struggled to fall asleep, she got use to falling asleep feeling safe in keith arms but she knew she couldnt bug him for just a reason. Or so she thought until there was a small knock on her door.
