Gone By The Morning - Lotor x Pidge.

"dont say it .. just dont .. please" Lotor whispered in a sad and scared tone.

"fine" Pidge frowned.

"lets make tonight special, lets just be us please" Lotor smiled desperately and held his lover hands in his. 

"i like that" Pidge smiled sweetly and kissed her lover before the two walked over to his bed sitting down and pidge set up her laptop placing a film on. 

"what one did you pick" Lotor asked as pidge cuddle up to him while he placed his arms around her. 

"i thought i would put Barbie and the nut cracker on" Pidge smiled softly since that was the first film she ever watched with Lotor since she fancied something Christmas like and she had that saved after watching it with her brother every year.

"my favourite" Lotor grinned, he loved it since he would only watch it when cuddling to his lover. 

The half laid and half sat in Lotor bed watching the movie while staying all cuddle up. Soft smiles sat on both faces as they spend the little time together without any worries. 

Lotor kissed his lover head as the movie ended but neither made any effect to let go of each other and move. Both staying in the other hold letting the ending credits slowly run. 

"I'm gonna miss this" Pidge mumbled with a small smile as she closed her eyes a little.

"me too" Lotor smiled and slowly let her go to shut the laptop down and placed it on the ground safely.

"lotor" Pidge frowned and lotor saw the pain in her eyes.

"please" he begged and she let it drop before smiling sweetly.

"i love you" She smiled warmly.

"i love you" He smiled warmly before being pulling into a long sweet loving kiss. 

The kiss soon got heated like both was scared of losing then other forever. Both needed to feel the other heat and known they still alive beside them. 

(I'm just gonna skip the making love part since I'm not so very good at writing those parts).

They laid in his bed in silence still cuddle close to each other not even bothering to move to get dressed.

Both couldn't move, they just couldn't not yet.  

"i love you" Lotor smiled sweetly as he looked into his lover eyes.

"i love you too, I'm always going to love you lotor" Pidge smiled softly and placed a short but loving kiss on his lips before the two started to drift to sleep. 

Both felt safe, warm and happy as they fell asleep in the other hold but both feared waking up the next morning. 

So with the last little strength before sleep took over they whisper the one word they earned to say to the other.

"sorry" they whisper at the same time before both falling asleep only letting soft calm snores fill the room.  

Lotor woke up slowly and his left side felt cold and dull. 

He slowly opened his eyes to find his lover gone.

His soft smile turned to a frown as he knew this day was coming. 

The warm feeling inside turned cold.

"Gone by the morning" He said in a sad chuckle letting his tears fall.

He knew this day was coming but he kept ignoring it. 

He begged her to not say a thing so they could be happy

But he should have listened to her.

He should have listen to her begs for him to come with her.

He should have never let go of the women he loved ....

Because now he would have to kill her...

Now they were enemies not lovers ...

Both knew this day was coming but unlike her he kept looking the other way. 

He knew she would have stayed if he asked but he never did. 

He knew she be unhappy for fighting for his side becuase he knew he was taking the wrong path.

But power over took him and he gave up the only think he ever loved....

Pidge the green paladin of voltron his enemy from now on and yet 

He couldn't hate her ....

He could only love her .. 

Why didnt he chose her .. it would be his only regret for the rest of his life ..
