Just A Dream - Kidge - Part 2.

Katie walked around the castle not able to fall back to sleep. 

She finally settle her racing heart and stopped her tears from falling.

She was in pain not from the dream but becuase the love for keith wasn't a dream.

She was in love with the red paladin of voltron.

They handsome guy that caught her eyes without trying. 

Keith ...

She was madly in love with him and was suffering from a one-side love.

She was waiting for the pain to only grown since she noticed Allura been staring at keith more, she knows the look in the princess eyes becuase its the same looks she had for keith.

The look she held since the time she met Keith at the garrison when she was meeting her brother for lunch. He was standing with shiro and her brother talking as she walked over, her brother hugging her to death before shiro giving her a more gentle hug. 

She lock eyes with keith and her breath was taken away. 

She fell in love with him and soon learned his name was Keith. 

She always looked out for him when coming to the garrison to see her brother or dad. 

She walked talk with him a little and hang out if she had to wait to see her family. 

She even hid some of her family work papers so she have a reason to go to the garrison and see keith but keith being keith had no clue she was crushing on him. 

Then she made it to the garrison as pidge and he was long gone. 

The guy she loved was gone just like her half her family and it killed her a little.

Then she saw him again, while they saved shiro but he didnt notice it was her. 

Now she was stuck in space living with the man she loved and sharing showers with him. Of course shiro being the team dad made different times for everyone to use the shower meaning they didnt go in at the same time but with Pidge using her smartness to make shiro think that the best time for her to shower was after keith and before him since they both weren't perv's and she could trust them not to mess with the wash room. Now she knew it might have been creepy but she been having this one sided love for years now and the closet she got with keith was when their lions became the arms of voltron. 

Her heart was amazed it could still beat. 

But tonight it seemed her heart couldn't keep up anymore .. it needed to be free from such a love. 

So as Katie walked around the halls before stopping at the control room, sitting by the window and looking to the stars. She made a deal with herself.

"If he doesn't find me tonight then i give up sounds cool with you god or had done nothing" She whispered to herself. She knew the chance of him finding her was 1% becuase everyone else was fast asleep. 

"Pidge" he asked surprised at seeing the green paladin sitting in the control room in the dark.

"so now you work you magic" Pidge mumbled and turned to the red paladin.

"everything ok" Keith asked as he walked over.

"oh yeah just thinking" Pidge smiled.

"about" Keith asked and sat next to her.

"about love" She sighed.

"love" he asked.

"yep .. i been in love with someone for a long time but it seems like its not gonna happen so i was gonna give up but then" Pidge started to say but stopped herself. 

"but" Keith smiled.

"you walked in" pidge frowned.

"who the guy" Keith asked with a frown.

"you" She replied looking to the stars, she noticed him tense and he notice her blush.

"you know when i was a child my parents would tell me how amazing love was and i couldn't wait to grow up and love someone myself .. but the never tell me how much it can hurt" Pidge siad with a sadden smile, her eyes not looking away front the stars. 

"Pidge" Keith whisper gently.

"have you ever been in love" Pidge asked finally turning to him, the stars making her eyes shine brighter then ever and her beauty just shined. 

"yes" He smiled as he looked into her eyes.

"does it get better" She asked.

"well some do and some dont but i ever only truly loved one person" Keith replied with a small smile.

"did she love you too" Pidge asked.

"at first i thought she didnt but it seem she did and now i have a chance to tell her just how much she means to me and how much i truly love her but I'm also scared" Keith sighed not looking away from her eyes. 

"well if she loves you too then i say you should go for it .. dont leave love waiting" Pidge smiled sweetly.

"and what if she stops loving me or I'm not the man she thought i was" Keith asked with worry.

"she love you for you no matter what" Pidge smiled and keith placed a hand on her cheek.

"then i love you Katie Holt, i loved you since the garrison and a day doesn't go past without me earning to call you mine" Keith smiled warmly, his eyes filling with love.

"then i love you too keith, i have since the first day i met you and i been waiting to hear those words since" Pidge smiled warmly her eyes filled with love before she closed them and leaned in.

Each joining in the middle and sharing a sweet loving kiss under the stars. 

"and i promise this love wont be a dream" He whisper sweetly as they pulled away.

"even if this love is a dream please never wake me up" She smiled softly and pulled him into another kiss.
