"keith" Krollia yelled as her son was day dreaming and stayed leaning on the wall even though the meeting ended five minutes ago.

"oh sorry" Keith mumbled and pushed himself from the wall.

"is everything ok" Krollia asked as she walked the blades base halls with him.

"i dont know" Keith sighed.

"your been a little strange since we visit your friends last month .. did you get into a fight with one of them" Krollia asked.

"no but i think i saw something i shouldn't have" Keith replied.

"like what" Krollia asked.

"after my evening training i showered and was heading to my old room in the castle but as i passed Pidge room i noticed the door slightly opened, i went to tell to get some sleep but i saw her crying in bed ... I've never seen pidge cry before ... she normally angry, annoyed or happy but she never been truly sad before" Keith frowned and felt a heavy feeling in his gut.

"did you comfort her or find out what made her cry" Krollia asked.

"no way, I'm not the best to comfort someone and how could i even cheer pidge up she the strongest of us all" Keith yelp back.

"it seems you care deeply for this green paladin" Krollia smiled.

"sure i do, we always had a strong bond while being the arms of voltron. We could normally just look at the other and understand everything. We were the best" Keith smiled gently as he looked to the floor.

"then you saw her crying face meaning you must understand what made her upset" Krollia asked.

"i was too shocked by her crying to notice anything else .. i left the next morning and i guess its still bugging me" Keith sighed.

"why dont you go visit her, we dont have any important missions and you cant work not while your so distracted" Krollia smiled.

"your right" Keith sighed and got ready to leave.

"keith, what with the surprised visit" Allura asked with worry as she and everyone but pidge came to greet them.

"just thought i check on you guys since i have free time" Keith replied but his eyes shown disappointment and worry when not seeing pidge.

"she in the green hanger .. go see her" Shiro smiled and patted keith arm.

"oh i wasn't" Keith started to say and shiro just chuckled before giving keith a small push.

"you think he can fix her" Lance asked with worry.

"i hope so ... we all ran out of ideas to try and fix her" Hunk frowned.

"Pidge" Keith called as he entered the green lion hanger.

"keith" Pidge siad surprised and keith noticed how dull her eyes were.

"you ok" Keith asked with worry.

"i guess, what brings you here" Pidge asked with a small smile.

"i had free time and needed to speak with you over something" Keith sighed.

"talk away" Pidge smiled and pulled a stool over for him to sit on.

"i saw you crying last month, i should have man up and comfort you but i was scared and now i have this horrible feeling every time i think about you crying" Keith blurted out.

"so it was you or walked past my room" Pidge frowned.

"yes, can i ask what happed" Keith asked with worry.

"you ever love someone so much that it hurts and you just need to cry out he pain of love" Pidge asked with a small broken smile.

"sadly no but i know it can break someone and i fear you might break" Keith replied and pidge giggled.

"i feel like I'm breaking but i cant tell this person that i love them not while this war is going off and i dont want to trap them to me" Pidge sighed.

"so its a forbidden love" Keith asked unsure.

"nah i think the others would agree to the love but i know i couldn't tame such a love with them and i knew the love might hurt us more then save us" Pidge smiled and played with her shoe.

"well if you cant confess why not just yell it one night or write the confession on paper before burning it .. then your feeling would be free and open" Keith asked with a small smile.

"i already tried doing that but every time i see them or even hear their voice i just fall deeper in love with them" Pidge smiled softly.

"then confess" Keith smiled gently.

"i cant" Pidge frowned.

"confess your feelings to me so its out in the open and they wouldn't ever know" Keith smirked and pidge eyes sadden.

"can i use your name instead of theirs" Pidge asked.

"sure" Keith replied.

"keith, I'm in love with you" Pidge siad in a sweet voice and a warm smile, her eyes showed just how much love she been holding. 

Keith breath was taken away and he wanted to yell back the same sweet words but stopped himself.

"your beautiful Katie" Keith smiled softly making pidge blush.

"where did that come from" pidge yelp embarrassed.

"well you are beautiful and i wanted to cheer you up since i never want to let a single tear fall from your eyes again" Keith smiled sweetly and kissed the top of pidge head before walking to the hanger door.

"hey keith" Pidge called out.

"yeah" Keith smiled.

"thanks and you think once this was is over i could confess without trapping him to me" Pidge asked.

"I'm sure you can" Keith replied.

"then once this war is over .. wait for me" Pidge grinned shocking keith. 

"m-me" Keith yelp and Pidge giggled.

"maybe or maybe no" Pidge smirked and went back to her laptop while keith wobble out the hanger in shock.

"keith" Krollia yelled once more as her son was day dreaming again.

"oh sorry" Keith mumbled.

"i thought you were gonna fix things with the green paladin, why are you day dreaming again only just two days after returning" Krollia frowned.

"i think I'm in love" Keith smiled softly.

"love" Krollia asked in shock.

"yeah i think i love her" Keith smiled.

"love who" Krollia asked as she walked the halls with her son once again.

"I'm in love with Pidge" Keith smiled warmly while his mother smiled but worried over her son.
