"i be right behind you" Keith gently smiled, his hands on her shoulders, looking straight into her own eyes.

"you will" she asked still unsure, her own hands behind her tapping her armour a little. Looking into his purple eyes like they were the only thinking keeping her alive.

"yes .. i wont leave you pidge" Keith spoke with care, he knew the green paladin was scared of going down the unknown tunnel after all a wild alien monster that killed my of the crew on this planet base.

Pidge being the one to figure out how to track the monster was forced to go to the planet and help stop the monster before it kills more. She might be a paladin but she was scared, she tracked it to a tunnel that didnt even show up on the base map and what made it worse needed a ladder to climb down meaning she had to go down alone first. 

"i wont let you down" He spoke with honest gently voice and looked at her like she was the most important thing to him.

"promise" Pidge mutter, her shaking coming calming down.

"i promise" keith replied with a caring smile. 

"thank you keep" Pidge smiled and took a deep breath before nodding at him letting him know she was ready.

"your got this" He smiled.

"just make sure you cover my ass" Pidge smirked and started climbing down the ladder.

"i protect it like it was my own small sexy cute ass" Keith smirked hearing pidge giggle over the com.

"pervert" Pidge joked and keith rolled his eye playfully.

"well i rather be the pervert who checks you out then a creepy stranger" Keith joked back and looked around making sure everything was clear, he knew the monster should be below them but he wanted to make sure no one else was around or if someone else was still alive he wanted to point them towards safety. 

"keith" Pidge called over the com as she reached the bottom, turning her armour wrist torch on and looked around the dark place making sure it was clear.

"clear" Keith asked looking around once more but freezing as he sees something white.

"as clear as lance rejections" Pidge joked and keith chuckled but couldn't look away from the hallway where he thought he saw someone.

"i head right down .. just give me a sec" Keith replied over the com and walked towards the hallway leaving pidge at the bottom all alone.

"keith" Pidge called, her nerves kicking in since it was pitch black and she couldn't see a thing without little torch that only showed a couple feet ahead. The monster could have taken her down within seconds and she wouldn't even know it was coming until it was killing her. You could say she was panicking when keith didnt respond while she at the bottom. 

"keith" She whisper trying to not make too much noise and atrack the monster to herself. She knew she must have seem really weak and useless but she seen what the monster done to the crew and she didnt really like the idea of dying that way. 

"keith you suit tracker showing me your going away from pidge .. did something happen" Shiro siad with worry from the castle, everyone else stood in the control room watching since the monster likes numbers and it be safer for only two paladins going down to the planet.
