A short sixteen year old girl was walking down the school hall with her four school books in her arm. She wasn't paying much attention around her since she didnt care much for school. She was the smartest kid in school and didnt care much for the students around her who act like wild animals most of the time. 

She had friends who went to another school meaning she was mostly alone at school anyways. It made her lonely at first but after the first two weeks of starting high school she met him.

He was tall, strong and handsome. His hair was a smooth black with a white tuff making him look a little sexy. His eyes were kind and grey. He was kind and caring but also overprotective when someone important to him gets hurt. He lost his right arm to an accident when he was a child but that didnt stop him from being on the baseball team. He had a robotic arm to replace his lost arm and he was every girl dream guy. 

His name was Takashi Shirogane.

But most called him shiro since he preferred that name instead. He moved from japan during middle school apparently. 

Takashi Shirogane was her crush and she was lucky enough to catch his eye becuase the two were best friends after he knocked her over by mistake. 

She was in love with him but knew she never be lucky enough to date him so she was happy staying as good friends with him.

"Katie" Shiro smiled kindly and walked over taking the books from her arms and carrying them with his robotic arm. He always carried her books but knew to let her to at least carry her own bag or she kicked him for it. He loved how she wanted to do things herself and not be treated like a full lady. 

"hey Takashi" Katie smiled sweetly.

"i hear we got a cover teacher for our next class, wanna be my partner" Shiro asked with a grin.

"of course, after all your the best partner to have in this school" Katie smiled and playfully punched Shiro arm making him chuckle. 

"well unless its sports" Shiro smirked since he was a sporty guy but Katie would die during the warm up run and couldn't handle being Shiro partner for mix PE.

"yeah your a monster in PE" Katie replied and the two laughed. 

"you gonna study in the library after school or go straight home" Shiro asked with a small smile.

"we got no tests coming up, so I'm thinking of just watching you during baseball practice then we can walk home together unless you wanna go with Slav" Pidge smirked and giggled at Shiro annoyed face after she mention Slav.

Slav was in their year and a helper on the baseball team but he drove shiro crazy. Slav was only the second most smartest person in school he would be first but he panics during a test saying he had to write the answers in a certain way or have the paper a certain angel let along anything else making him give wrong angers since he write them wrong or he just runs out of time to answer all questions. 

"please wait for me, i might even throw a perfect strike just for you" Shiro grinned and Katie grinned.

"i be watching" Katie smirked at the team best pitcher. 

"thanks" Shiro smiled at his friend. 

"no worries, i always wait for you just like your always wait for me" Katie smiled brightly and the bell went making them both hurry to class.
