More like a Kylo Ren imagine.

The Second Half

The electricity thriving within my body resembles the butterflies in my stomach in this moment. I'm waiting behind steel doors, waiting to be escorted down the aisle. My trustful second in command stands next to me, more nervous than I am. His palms anxiously shake in front of him. He has advised me not to make the wrong decision, but what he doesn't understand is that I'm taking his advise. I'm marrying the Supreme Leader of the First Order so my planet will survive.

I stand at the end of the aisle, not exactly sure on what to do. My hand awkwardly cross in front of me. She can read my thoughts. I can't get it out of my head. She saw me. I don't know how to take that. I don't know how to take this entire situation now that I'm here. I understand that our own personal gain is the main reason, but I have a feeling that there's something else. There has to be. There has to be a reason why I can't stop thinking about her.

I hear the loud woosh of the large steel doors opening and my attention is pulled in front of me. The venue is not too terrible. The decorations are mostly made of metal with different variations of the colors black, gray and white. The metal rise up from the floor to create something almost visibly plant-like, but it's not quite there. Multiple kiaburr crystals hang from the branches of these constructed trees, all colored blood red. But they aren't the only thing with color. The aisle is covered with a blood red carpet leading up to the alter. He stands there with his arms crossed behind him in the same clothes he wore when I last saw him ten minutes ago. When I touched his hand. When I read his thoughts. When I found out he was just as lonely as I am. My second in command steps out in front of me and I follow, feeling the long train travel behind me.

She steps out of the darkness and I make eye contact with her. She studies my face as I study hers. She's just as anxious as I am. She walks towards me with the long black dress trying to catch up with her. The only difference in her appearance now is that she wears a long black veil in front of her. It's sheer and transparent, and yet I can still see every curve of her face. Her light eyes watching my every move. She reaches the end of the aisle and then turns to her second in command. He lifts up her veil and smiles at him. The kind of smile a queen would give to a subject. Kind and sympathetic at the same time. She turns to me. And I lend her my hand.

I look down at his hand. It's bare. I look back up to his face. Does he want me to hear his thoughts? I give him a confused look and he nods his head. I slowly lay my hand on his palm as he leads me up to stand with him at the alter. His skin feels warm in my touch. When I look back up to his eyes, I hear him.

She ... she looks ... so ... beautiful.

I'm shocked at his first thought. I thought he would use the word glum or morbid, but he called me beautiful. He smirks in front of me.

You can hear me, can't you?

I nod, prompting another smirk. A man in black clothing walks up to us and stands facing the rest of the people in the room that wanted to experience the two worlds joining together in unholy matrimony. A contractual, arranged marriage. Then, why does it feel like something else? The man speaks to the whole wide room of important officials on the sides of the alter and the entire army of storm troopers in front of us. The vast tundra of the snowy man-made planet, chills my nerves. The snow starts to fall once I hear the older voice.

"We are gathered here today to join the Supreme Leader of the First Order and the Queen of the Planet Tunestead as well as the royal heir of Ti-Nix Galaxy in the sanctifying contract of marriage. With this alliance, the Order and the Galaxy will be joined together as one."
