Chapter 6: The Visit

7th Week of High School...

Friday..
Okay remember how I said awhile back that I would tell my parents that I would mention to Jake and Dante to come visit?

Well...

It's not my fault! High school work is something I didn't anticipate well enough for! Not realizing that I would have a ton of homework I kept delaying going back to their dorm to visit and I didn't even think about mentioning it to Jake when I saw him earlier.

"AHHHH!"

I scream to myself feeling so dumb for not remembering...I'm now not sure what to do. I check my phone to see that it's 3:47 pm. Thinking about what to do, I wonder...

They both shouldn't be busy right now...

It may be easier to just call one of them rather than walking back to the dorm right after I just left school. But they probably wouldn't go if I texted and would just ignore it. If I'm there in person, I can bother them until they agree to go.

Finally having a day without any homework, I decide to use it to my advantage and change out of my Pyjamas and walk to the dorm. A lot of the students are returning from school right now, but I have no time to waste as the majority of the boys in the hallway see me enter the building. None of them try to stop me since they probably do the same thing, but it doesn't make their stares less intense.

I continue to look ahead and just keep walking. Since there are too many students using the elevator right now, I decide to take the stairs today. I hurry and go up but I bump into another person while I was rushing. I quickly say sorry without making eye-contact and continue to make my way to their room.

Once I'm in front I knock at the door persistently.

For two minutes already there's no answer. I put my ear to the door to see if I could hear anyone inside and listen carefully.

"ZzzzZzzZz...ZzzzZzZzzz" The obvious sounds of snoring coming from inside the room.

Gosh, don't tell me they're BOTH sleeping!

I mutter to myself as I end up having to take the spare key I have of their room that I may "borrowed" from their dorm last time I was there and use it to unlock the door.

I make my way inside and just like I expected, both Jake and Dante are asleep in their beds. I shake my head in disbelief, but start evilly grinning as I get a wicked idea...

I slowly make my way to their washroom, but still making a slight ruckus. If they didn't wake up to my knocking, I doubt that they would to the noise.

Once I was done filling a glass of cold water I grin and head back to their beds wondering who I should splash this on first. Which gave me another idea.

I place another glass beside Dante's nightstand. Once I stifle my laughter, I splash the water all over him as he jumps out of bed shaking it all off as I'm laughing so hard I'm shedding tears.

"KIARA"

He notices the glass beside him and he smirks thinking what I'm thinking, but as he's about to splash the water on me I quickly duck down and it goes all over Jake as he jumps up awake too. He looks up to see me sitting on the ground laughing and Dante with the glass in his hand. Shocked, he gets out of bed and starts trying to dry his shirt off.

"Dude?!?"

Dante stammers as he tries to explain it's my fault but I smile innocently as Jake continues to look unconvinced. I won't let Dante take the fall forever but I'll tell Jake once he seems to cool down. After they're done bickering I get straight to the point.
