Mick made his way back into the empty room that was being transformed to a nursery, smiling as he saw Stevie, looking at his drawings while she rubbed her tiny baby bump and he thought she was the cutest thing he had ever laid his eyes on, he felt so happy to have her back there and he was so excited about the baby and their future together, even though he was still worried about Christine too, he just hoped she would be alright and he hoped the baby would be too, if there was one.

"Hey you!" Stevie giggled, seeing Mick standing there.

"Just checking out my cute itty bitty baby mama!" Mick chuckled, walking over and kissing the top of her head.

"You flatterer!" She smiled and stood on her tippy toes to playfully catch his lips in a soft kiss.

"I think we should start on the nursery as soon as we want too, I'm not scared of all that jinxing bullshit, Robin dropped by rehab and gave me some different crystals and gems, rose quarts help the baby, so do some other ones she gave me, but that is the best one for them!" Stevie smiled, rubbing her stomach.  She had changed her whole chain of thought, life was too good now for her to be thinking the worst.

"That's wonderful Steph!"  Mick smiled, wrapping his arm around her and feeling happy, even though his mind was still wandering over how Christine was.

"I know I am so hungry, this baby has your appetite!" Stevie chuckled.

"John and Chris went to get us some take outs so you and bubs can eat soon!" Mick smiled.

"I was wondering where they went, I cant wait to spend some quality time with Chris!" Stevie beamed, worried Christine had been avoiding her.

"She will love that too, she missed you a lot and was worried!" Mick smiled and hugged Stevie, hoping Christine was alright.

John side-glanced at Christine who was still sat in the passenger seat, gazing out the window, with her hand on her stomach "Honey, how do you feel, is the cramping stopping or anything?" John asked softly, sad to see her in that state.

"I don't know, it seems to be!" She stammered, sniffling softly and John realised she had been crying, he had suspected she would be when she had got her sunglasses out of the glovebox, not long after they were in the car.

"You know you can talk to me, you don't have to close your feelings off because the baby might have been Mick's, if there is or was one!" He said nervously, clearing his throat and reaching his hand over, gently squeezing her jean covered thigh.

Christine was warmed and comforted by John and placed her hand on his "I know John, I just don't know how to feel, I just feel like its my fault!"

"The test really showed you a positive didn't it, I was sure it did earlier!" John stated and she nodded, looking down at his hand "I'm so sorry Chrissy, I know you were going to keep the baby, I was going to help you with it!" John soothed, rubbing her leg.

"I know, it was still our little Fleetwood Mac baby and I feel like I wished it away!" She stammered and started crying harder.

John pulled the car over and then quickly hugged her best he could "It will be alright Chris, you might not be loosing it!" He soothed, laying kisses in her hair.

"I would be John, I was bleeding at home!" She whimpered and nestled into him, crying into his shirt "I'm a terrible person!" She sniffled, moving closer to him "I was obsessing about being pregnant, I wasn't happy when I knew, well really thought I was!"

"It was a tricky situation, your best friend being pregnant to Mick as well, you and Mick randomly hooking up because of drugs from Fuckingham, you will still going to have the baby though Chris and that takes a lot of courage!" John added, cuddling her closely "And who knows, you sang something about miracles, maybe the baby is still in there!" John smiled, trying to be hopeful, he was hoping for it, even though the situation was far from idealistic, he hated seeing Christine so upset and had already accepted the fact of the baby.

She just nestled closer "Thank you for always loving me!' She whispered.

"I always will, so let me tak you to the clinic so I can get you home and pampered, whatever happens, ok!" he smiled, pulling back and cupping her face, wiping a tear from her cheek and she nodded, smiling softly back.

"Alright!" She sniffled.
