Chapter 21

Week 25

~Taehyung's POV~

I shiver as I hurriedly run to the car to escape the cold air, "Yah hyung start the car and turn on the heater" I plead to Jin hyung. I close the car door behind me as I place my belongings and gifts in the back seat. Over the past week, it has started to become colder seeing how it is winter. The weather has been surprisingly well though, it hasn't heavily snowed yet or even have been too cold.

He puts the keys into the ignition and turns it causing the car to come alive with a small hum. He turns on the heater and we both put our hands in front of the vents to try and warm-up, "I miss the warmth" Jin hyung sighs, "Do you have all of your gifts Taehyung?"

I nod my head as I point back to the back seat, "Yup they're all in the back." The boys and I decided that it would be fun if we had a small group get together with all of us including Y/N for Christmas. Jin hyung pulls out of my driveway and drives off toward the hyungs house.

When we arrive the house is fully decorated on the outside with lights hanging off of the roof and winding up the posts of the house. They even set out little inflatable snowmen throughout the yard. We exit the car grabbing our belongings and hurry into the house to escape the cold. If I thought the outside of the house was nice, the inside looked ten times better.

There are Christmas decorations everywhere, I think to a point that a child may even mistake the inside of this house for Santa's workshop or something. I walk over to the Christmas tree set up in the living room of the house and places the presents that I brought underneath the tree for when we are going to open presents as a group later. 

I stand up and look at my good work when I feel a pair of hands gently push me from behind. I jump as I turn around to see Y/N with a smile on her face, "Boo! Merry Christmas!"

"Isn't Boo? From Halloween?" I ask giving her a soft nudge. She rolls her eyes before pushing me back, "I was just trying to surprise you silly, not anything else." I pull her into a tight embrace wrapping my arms her waist pulling her in, but still being cautious of her bump. I pull away from her and place a few stray hairs behind her ear, "Y/N you look beautiful."

She ducks her head back into my chest as she tries to hide how red her face is getting. I gently pinch her cheek as I wrap my other arm back around her, "Aww is my jagiya getting all shy."

She lets out a soft huff before softly hitting my chest and pulling away from me with a hand still covering her flushed cheeks. "No, I'm not being shy. I-I was just caught off guard." I let out a laugh as I reach into my pocket and pull out a fake mistletoe I got from a store and hold it above her head. I let out a gasp, "Aish look jagiya a mistletoe."

She looks up above her and a smile grows on her face, "You know if you wanted to kiss me you could have just told me so." I pull her in close to me once again and gently place a kiss on her lips. 

I pull away and lower the mistletoe to look at it, "Yeah I definitely could've done that, but I wanted to be cute." She shakes her head and grabs my hand to lead me deeper into the house with the abundance of Christmas decorations.

"Yah! Everyone time to open gifts!" Jin hyung calls out. Everyone stops what they are doing and rushes to the main room of the house to gather around the tree in a circle. I help Y/N sit down on the ground before sitting next to her and Jimin hyung. 

Jin hyung and Namjoon hyung begin to collect the presents under the tree and distributing them out to their proper owners. By the time they are done passing all of them out, we all have a small pile of presents lying in front of us.
