Chapter 20 - 내 아픔은 섞일 수 없는 물과 기름

It's been a week since the trio have moved in with Jungkooks parents. Hoseok has started his new job and as much as he enjoys being in the lab again, he can't help but feel a pain in chest knowing he is spending less and less time with Taehyung. It's only been a week but he's had a few late nights and it's affecting him already along with his growing suspicion of Jungkooks parents, more specifically, his father.

Taehyung hasn't been feeling complete symptoms of pregnancy yet, he's spends most of his time on his own, painting to pass the time or wandering the garden. With Jungkook still going to school, the only company he gets is from the maids or when his friends come to visit which has only been twice since they live in a different part of town. He hears the front door unlock and goes running down the stairs to see Jungkook with a rather large box in his hands.

"Jungkook!"

Taehyung came running down the stairs, almost slipping on the way before enveloping Jungkook into a hug.

"Miss me baby?" Jungkook chuckled as he wrapped his hands around Taehyungs waist.

"Like you wouldn't believe, I hate being on my own" he pouted as he pulled away from Jungkook

"I know baby but I got you something that I think will cheer you up when I'm not around"

"What is it?"

"Close your eyes"

Taehyung did as he was told and stood in front of Jungkook with his eyes pinched shut. He heard some shuffling before Jungkook told him to open his eyes again.

"Surprise!"

"You...you got me a puppy?!" Taehyung squealed before taking the small Pomeranian out of Jungkooks hands.

"I take it you like him?" he smiled.

"Like him? I love him! I love you for getting him for me!" He sat on the floor with his legs crossed, playing with the puppy in his hands "I think I'll name you Yeontan"

"That was a quick decision baby"

"Well I've been thinking about names and Yeontan just suits a puppy so much don't you think?"

"Whatever you think is best baby"

He joined Taehyung on the floor and they both started playing with the energetic puppy before Jungkook went to unload the rest of his stuff from the car. They both set up a little area for Yeontans food and put some puppy training pads around the house. Jungkook assured Taehyung he is trained but they wanted to make sure there would be little to no accidents.

Once everything had been set up, they made their way to their bedroom and decided to lay down with each other while Yeontan made his way around the room, sniffing everything in his path. Jungkook had one arm around Taehyungs waist and his other hand caressing his cheek.

"I've been missing you so much this week baby, it's getting harder each day and it's only been a week"

"I miss you too Kook, I wish I didn't have to stay stuck inside all day"

"I know baby but only 3 months and we'll be home again. Have you been taken your medication?"

Taehyung nodded, "Yup, twice a day. It's starting to make me feel a little sick though"

"Sick in what way?"

"I'm throwing up a lot more, I get tired all the time and I get cramps"

"Oh baby, we'll get you to a doctor, I'd be happier with a professional opinion"

"Okay"

They stayed in bed and spoke for a few hours before Taehyung started feeling hot, he knew it was time to have sex with Jungkook again, they had to do this for the pup. A couple of hours had passed and Jungkook had cleaned up and made his way down for dinner. Taehyung had been sick again and fallen asleep quite quickly so he decided he would eat when he feels a little better.
