Keeping you a secret

Chapter Four

I rolled out of bed, I stood up stretched my stiff body. I checked my phone it was only 9:30am. Enough time to shower and eat breakfast. I called for room service before going into the bathroom for a shower.

I turn the water on allowing it to become warm. I get out of my clothes chucking them onto the floor I step into the hot running water. I quickly washed my body, allowing the rest of my time to relax and enjoy the water.

"Room service" I hear a knock at the door.

I turned the shower off and I grabbed my towel before making my way to the door.

"Thank you" I smile, handing the guy a $10 tip.

He smiles before leaving me alone with my food.

I quickly eat my food. I look at my phone it's already 10:30am. I get up off the seat and search through my clean clothes. I really need to wash my dirty ones because I have barely any clothes left. I put on my underwear before slipping on a red tight fitting short dress.

Looking at my choice in the mirror I am happy so I go and put on my make up choosing all natural colour except for some deep red lipstick. I brush my hair and allow my brown stretched curls to fall freely down my back stopping half way. I slip on a pair of black heels looking myself up and down in the mirror. I look great I thought to myself.

I heard a text come through, grabbing my phone I open the message from Sarah. She's here. I grab my bag throwing my phone inside, grab my jets and make my way down to the front of the building.

"Hey" I say getting into her car.

"You look amazing" she said pecking my cheek causing me to blush.

"So do you" I smiled, looking her over.

She was wearing a tight black dress, black heels and her brown waves were straightened and hanging over her shoulders.

"Ready?" She asked starting her car.

"Yep" I smile putting my seatbelt on.

It only took about half an hour to get to a huge art gallery in the city. We got out of the car and made our way in. I looked at Sarah who's eyes had lit up like a kid in a candy store and I had no doubt that mine had too. She put her arm around my waist and dragged me over to a huge piece in the middle of the room.

As we wondered around the art gallery I caught a glimpse of a beautiful sculpture that appeared to be a pair of ballerinas dancing together. A smile immediately stretched across my face as I dragged Sarah over to it.

"It's beautiful" she smiled.

Hearing my phone buzz I reached into my bag to retrieve it.

"It's nearly 4pm" I told her.

"We have to go, I have a surprise" she said grabbing my hand pulling me towards the entrance.

We got into the car and we left. Now that we were in the car I opened the text on my phone. It was my best friend Kelly, I read the message and smiled. Her dog just had puppies. I replied to her message.

"We are here" she smiled grabbing my attention.

"The beach?" I questioned getting out of the car.

She grabbed a picnic basket and a blanket off of the back seat.

"Picnic on the beach at sunset" she grinned.

A huge smile suddenly appeared on my face. We went and sat half way down the beach, she pulled out some fruit, some cheese even some pasta and sauce which smelt amazing, then she pulled out two wine glasses and some red wine. Pouring wine into each glass she handed me one.

We watched as the sky went from pink to deep purple, the moon and starts were now shining brightly. We sat and continued to eat, drink and talk for hours after the sun had gone.

"Time to go" she smiled packing up the stuff.

"Woah it's already 10pm" I laughed.

We piled back into her car and headed back to the hotel.

"What are we going to do tomorrow?" She smiled pulling up to my hotel.

"We could go to wet and wild?" I questioned.

"Okay, sounds like fun" she laughed planting a kiss on my lips.

"Ill pick you up at 9am so we can be there when it opens" she smiles this time kissing my cheek.

"See you in the morning" I smiled back at her before getting out if the car.

I made it to my room, too tired to do anything I sent Sarah a goodnight text and collapsed on my bed and fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.
