Chapter twenty

When I woke up the sun was just rising and Sarah was still curled up asleep so I got changed into a black skirt and a blue tank top. I grabbed my Hannah and phone and headed down to the cafe and ordered us breakfast and coffee.

When I got back to the room Sarah was sitting on the balcony, dressed in just a towel. I walked over to her and placed the food onto the table.

"You hungry?" I asked.

She nodded and kissed my cheek.

"So what do you want to do today?" I asked.

"Maybe we could go into the city and go shopping" she smiled.

I nodded in agreement as I took the last bite of my food.

"It's quite cold today" I said.

"It is" she laughed.

I put the rubbish in the bin and went inside and got changed into a three quarter sleeved white top and a pair of black high waisted skinny jeans, I slipped on a pair of white vans and went into the bathroom to do my make up.

As soon as we were both dressed we drove to the shopping centre. Surfers paradise is a truly beautiful place there a shops on every corner and the beach is gorgeous.

We arrived at ice and went in. Straight away my eyes were drawn to a beautiful leather crop jacket. I went straight over to it and found my size. I then spotted a cute peach coloured sweetheart neck strapless baby doll top. I picked it up and continued to walk around the store until I had an armful of clothes. Sarah had a few things. We paid for our stuff put the bags on the back seat and walked up to jayjays. My I was drawn to a pair of black studded skinny jeans. I picked out a few things and we paid for our stuff and walked out.

"It's nearly lunch time do you want to grab lunch?" I asked as I put my bags on the back seat.

"Sure, subway is just there" she said pointing to our left.

We walked over and went up to the counter. We ordered our food and went over to the table. We ate our food quickly then continued our shopping spree.

"I think we are going to need another suitcase" I laughed.

We went over to the bag store and got another suitcase each.

It was getting late so we headed down to the beach to watch the sunset. It had quickly become our thing to go to the beach and watch the sunset, it was what we did when we first met.

I wrapped my arm around Sarah's waist as the sun set.

Once the sun had fully set and the sky was black we decided to go back to the hotel.

We took all of our stuff up and ordered room service. While we waited we went through the clothes we had just bought.

As soon as we had packed them all away there was a knock on the door. Sarah got up and opened the door our food had finally arrived and we sat out on the balcony and ate.

Once we had finished eating I put the cart in the hallway and went in for a quick shower. I got out and wrapped the towel around me and went into the room. I picked out a peach coloured camisole and a pair of black cotton shorts and climbed into bed while I waited for Sarah to finish her shower. She slipped on a pair of blue basket ball shorts and grey tank top and climbed into bed next to me.

"What movie do you want to watch?" She asked.

"Anything" I replied.

She put on if I stay, I rested my head on her chest and watched the movie. I could feel her heart beating, and before I knew it I was fast asleep.
