Sebastian's POV:
Maiden Rose scrubbed the loose fabrics on the wash board, trying her absolute best to wash the Mistress's blemished attire. The sun rays beamed inside the room, shining down on the Crimson marble floor. I continued to wash the unclean dishes, and my focus began to space out. My body tensed as the memory of Jae began to overwhelm my mind. Her wrist was covered in dark marks, and she refused to show me. To think Jae would refuse me as much as she did before when Claude had touched her so familiarly. The thought angers me as much as the reality of it all.
A loud crash of glass snapped me from my thoughts, and Maiden Rose gasped. A lime green glass saucer had slipped loose from my hands and onto the marble floor, shattering into millions of pieces. "Sebastian!" Maiden Rose exclaimed and stood to her feet. "Are you all right?" In shame, I sighed, turning to Maiden Rose. "I'm so sorry. Please continue your daily routine." I gave her a warm smile, and she frowned.
"Don't be silly." She walked towards the corner of the room and retrieved the brown wooden broom. She smiled at me and bowed. "I shall handle everything. Please, rest now Sir Sebastian."
I stared at her and untied the apron that was around my waist and placed it on the metal hanger. "Thank you, Maiden." I replied. "You're welcome, Sir." She placed a towel on the floor and kneeled down gently on top of it, avoiding any cuts on her dress. I watched her clean up the glass and sighed. Truly shameful it seemed for me to let another Maiden finish my mistake. Shameful indeed.
I entered my bedroom and found a pile of fur bundled on my bed. The little familiar Jae had bought raised its head, his ears perked up instantly as I clicked the door closed. I sat down on the bed, and the medium sized mattress squeaked at my movements. The little feline crawled over to me lazily and lied on my lap. Its bushy black tail swayed in a steady motion, brushing against the sheets. Entranced in his beauty, I began petting his head and the fur brushed gently under my palm. Such a sweet feeling, sweet indeed. How his body flexes at my touch, how his tail sways blissfully as it pleases, and how his paws are so pink and soft as anything ever touched before.
Ahh~.
Such a gracious creature it is, so perfect. I lied down against the sheets and grabbed the kitten by its paws. Its tail lied still on my stomach and its paws rubbed against my thumbs. A quietly nulled purr surrounded us, and I smiled. What a dashing creature. Love has no bounds when it comes to this noble feline.

I petted Hunter on his head as he lied in my lap. His silver hair was extremely beautiful for such a man, and his face was very adorable. How could such creatures exist like this? Where do they come from? Are there more? Mei Rin informed me that she had seen one before. Pluto, was it? I rubbed my hand on Hunter's silky hair and sighed. The azure sky was slowly waking up into the descend of Dawn. I was still in my night attire and slippers as the morning sun peeped over the garden. The view was so beautiful.
Suddenly Hunter's head bounded from its position, and I removed my hand. "Whats the matter?" I asked, and he looked at me. His left fang hung over his bottom lip, and he shook his head. He jumped from the bench we sat on and began running over into the garden. "Hunter!" I called. I mumbled under my breath as I ran after the energetic animal. As I passed the garden, I found Hunter sitting by the pond that was nearby and Maddie stood there, her long night gown blowing in the wind. I walked up to her and sighed. "Why are you out here?" I asked. She smiled at me and patted Hunter on his head, matting his silky hair. "Well," she stared up at the sky once more and breathed in the fresh air, "I just wanted to think. Everything that's happened in the passed two years after I came have just been too hard to take in. Mother is gone, leaving us to the Manor, and we have an amazing new maid." Maddie glanced at me and her face relaxed. "And that amazing butler of yours."
I blushed and averted my gaze down upon the glistening pond. I was now embarrassed at that moment. I hadn't completely thought about my feelings for Sebastian and I haven't brought up a way on asking him. Maddie's smile suddenly faded, and I looked at her with curiosity. "What's the matter?"
"You should speak with him," she handed me an envelope and sighed, "I figured of course it wasn't for me. You should hurry and get the job done while you can."
I looked up at Maddie. Her eyes glistened from the sunrise. "You're right!" I replied and headed for the Manor in a rush.In the main hall I opened the white envelope and removed the letter from inside, and I saw the writing; cursive and in black ink. "'Dear Drowed,'" I began to read, "'I would love for you to attend a party at the Hildago Manor, celebrating a new member of our family. Everyone is to attend and hopefully we will see you soon. Your Acquaintance, Roger Hildago.'" I frowned at his name. This could possibly be a step forward to finding out where those two twins ran off to. I need to speak with Sebastian about it.
I came upon Sebastian's door and raised my hand to knock when I heard a little meow from inside. Was Sebby in his room? I listened to the little kittens cute calls and smiled. Sebastian does love cats, doesn't he? When I first met Sebastian, I thought he'd be a huge pain to have. I would have never guessed he had a soft, sweet spot for cats. "Do you wish to speak with me?" Sebastian's voice called through the door. I couldn't see his face, but I could tell he was staring at me from the other side. "Y-yes." I stammered, completely surprised by his sudden call. The door opened slightly, and the side Sebastian's face was seen. "Yes Jae?"
"We received a letter From Sir Hildago." I replied. Sebastian opened the door and stepped out into the hallway with Sebby following. Sebastian's wore a white shirt with black pants and, his black tie was loose around his neck. I noticed his shirt was only buttoned halfway and blushed. "I see." Sebastian said. "What is your plan, Jae?" He asked, and I looked down at the adorable little kitten, who was curling up against my right leg. I picked him up and gently rubbed his head. "We'll go to the party he is holding, and find the right time to search for anything we need; including the reptile from the store." Sebby purred at my touch and nuzzled my neck happily. Sebastian smiled and opened the door to his room. "Sebastian." I reached my hand out to his shirt, and Sebby jumped from my arms. He stopped as my hand caught him and my body tensed. Why did I do that? I released him at once and averted my gaze to the floor. My heart wouldn't stop running, and it felt ready to die out. "I would've never figured you had such a delicate spot for felines." The words slipped from my lips, and he turned his head slightly to me. His lips curved into a dashing smile, his eyes glistening bright red, and his hair falling gently against his face.
"Yes, I am simply one hell of a cat lover."
