people are so fucking annoying

twenty.

Crowds. Crowds of people. There was nothing that I hated more than having more than at least ten unworthy humans surrounding me. Especially ones who thought they were super special for being able to do magic and not even understanding the use of a microwave.

The only reason I was in this crowd of students rushing to lesson was because I had heard something. Not just a normal something like a wave against water or the murmurs of gossiping teenagers, no. More like a voice. A daunting sneaky voice that everyone else seemed to filter out. At first I thought I was most likely crazy since I had been so shocked to find out no-one else had heard the voice, but I recognised the tone of voice, the way it spoke. The way it commanded to kill. It gave me chills to think of something like that. It was almost as if it was the devil whispering evil temptations in my ear, urging me to do something bad.

As the only logical thing to do was ignore it, I persisted on to my lesson, not letting it ruin my Friday.

I had realised that I had woken up on the complete wrong side of the bed this morning as I was in a terrible mood. Again. It didn't matter though because I thought I looked quite nice. I had decided to wear my eye shadow today and it made my eyes look even bigger than normal. It gave me a grungey sort of look which I was very into. People were staring more than usual today. And it wasn't because of my eyeliner.

It was because my hair was bright pink. I was blaming Theo constantly making me blush. I couldn't even hide it. It didn't help that I felt crazy at this moment in time due to hearing weird voices.

The murmurs of voices - and not the ones the others couldn't hear - were taunting me as usual. It had been much more consistent as of lately. I felt like it couldn't even talk to anyone about it. Fred and George, Nymphadora, Holland, Lydia, Tyler. Everyone was way to busy going about their lives and I didn't want to bother anybody. I just chose to ignore them. Soon it would die down. Hopefully.

I was only half way through my first lesson when a flying paper swan landing on my desk. It was folded perfectly and smelt of freshly baked cookies. Great, now I'm hungry.

"Whats that?" Tyler whispered from the seat besides me.

"I'm not sure." I replied, not taking my eyes off of the mysterious flying paper. Instead of touching it, my suspiciousness took over and I opened it with my wand instead. As I opened it the smell of coffee and cigarettes filled the air around me and I relished in it, knowing immediately who this was from.

On the inside of the folded up swan was a small scribbled note. It read:

Nerd, I'm bored, you make me laugh and I miss you. Skip lessons for tree hugging priorities? - The best Hufflepuff in the entire universe.

I smiled knowingly, and immediately stuck my hand up in the air.

"Yes, Miss Lestrange?" My Professor asked me.

"Sorry, Professor, I was just wondering if I could go see the nurse. I am feeling rather ill and dizzy." I replied, paling my face a little for effect.

"Yes you may. Will you be okay on your own?"

"Yeah, I should be. Thank you Professor."

I left the class as quickly as possible completely aware of the suspicious, confused Tyler staring at the back of my head as I left. I walked fast, almost breaking into run, through the long bricked walls of the corridors, thankful for the lack of voices and people.

As my dirtied up black converse dragged me on towards the tree me and Theo were all too familiar with I spotted the Hufflepuff laying flat on his back humming a tune and smoking a cigarette. I saw the opportunity to scare and took it, running over as quietly as I could and tackling him, messing up his hair as he struggled to stop laughing and understand what was happening.
