twenty five.

After I had got out of hospital, the next couple of weeks I had invested myself in spending all the time I could with Theo. The whole Oliver thing had shocked me a lot, and to make it worse we had not spoken since that night. Whether it was because of harsh training keeping us rivals or whether we both felt too awkward, I did not know. I had thought about what he had said a lot. Had I over thought his words? Would he ever tell me knowing I was actually awake? No matter what I felt for Oliver, it did not change how I felt about Theo.

I was lucky enough to find out Flora had moved out of our dorm room, so I didn't have to look at the despicable creature anymore. I still had no clue why she had done what she had, but I did intend on finding out why very soon.

Now however, was the day I had been dreading. It was Theo's last day. Luckily it was a Saturday and the going away party had already been set up by Prefects, Staff and even some of the ghosts.

I was adding the finishing touches to my makeup when Alex came to fetch me. He was wearing a white suit jacket and shirt, black drainpipe pants and a necktie, his hair gelled and a guitar slung over his shoulder, just like Theo, Joshua and Bradley had on.

"You look beautiful darling." Alex announced in a mock upper-class tone and a smirk plastered across his face.

"Why thank you. You look rather dashing yourself." I mocked back, a small blush arising to my cheeks. "Why are you all wearing the same outfit? And a suit of all thing!"

"Why not! Are ya excited to hear us play or wha'?" Alex smiled brightly, obviously excited for their performance.

"Of course I am!" I replied, almost as excited as Alex was.

"Are ya alright though?" Alex's tone shifted.

"What do you mean?" I asked as we made out way out of the common room and through the dungeons to the upper levels of the school.

"...About him leavin." I didn't answer, both of us silently choosing to talk about the topic another time. Alex hadn't said a word about it so far, but I could tell it had upset him. Theo was his bestfriend, he loved him, even if he didn't admit to it.

Once we had arrived at the Great Hall, which looked marvellous as per usual, the going away party had already begun. It was just our year and a few other selected pupils from other years that had been invited, and everyone - including the professors - were having fun. As soon as me and Alex had arrived arm in arm, Theo had escaped the grasp of a crowd of Hufflepuff girls and made his way over to us.

The night had already been planned out by staff from start to finish and to end the night the band would play...then Theo would leave. Until that moment however, I had lots of time to spend with Theo. And we did spend it all together. Dancing, laughing, recollecting memories, snogging. It was fantastic.

And then, it all ended so soon.

"If my fellow band mate would gladly make his way to the stage area and away from the beautiful lady it would be much appreciated." Alex's mocking voice sounded throughout the hall as he cast an amplifying charm. The laughs from across the hall told Alex that not only had his revision paid of with a successful charm, but that his own personal charm had made his popularity amongst the students rise at an all time high. Especially the girls. Everyone loved a bit of funny bad boy.

Theo was quick to jump onto the makeshift stage that was normally the podium for the professors and grab his guitar to play. They played upbeat songs, wild songs, romantic songs (one of which Theo dedicated to me, which almost made me cry) anything you can think of, they played. And they were amazing! Soon after though, they were finished, which meant our final goodbyes were to be had rather soon. The thought made my heart break.
