For a while I completely ignored and had no contact with Oliver, only occasionally talking during lessons. We were both extremely tired from Quidditch practise. I had finally managed to get myself on a broom successfully and of all things to help me stay on, it was Oliver. Flipping idiot. Quidditch season was edging closer however today was Halloween, and the Halloween feast was tonight. I hadn't eaten anything all day just so I could get my hands on everything later on.

The day went by quite quickly, Care Of Magical Creatures taking the reins as my favourite subject of the month. Astronomy being my least. I was never the best at planets.

Soon the feast was upon us, the Great Hall living up to its name, banquets of food everywhere you turned, cooked to perfection. I stuffed myself silly as fast as a could, making myself feel sick in the process. The decorations this year were extraordinary as per usual, Hogwarts never disappointing. I'd be sure to inform Tonks on all the beautiful food and fun she was missing.

The feast went on as usual until Professor Quirrell, his usual stuttery nature even worse, his forehead beading with sweat as he tumbled into the Great Hall screaming about a Troll in the dungeons. The immediate attention of every single student and teacher becoming to much for the poor fella and his body crashed into a pile on the floor.

Immediately, panic raised throughout the hall, children trying desperately to evacuate and make a run for it until Dumbledore's powerful voice boomed across all the shouts and cries of panic. He gave his orders which most people followed. For me, I tried desperately to find Draco with no success. I ran all the way back to the common room in search of him but without luck and only then did I started to panic.

I kept telling myself he would be fine until I heard a couple of voices from down the hall towards the girls bathroom. I hurried down, wand at the ready in case I came face to face with the troll but instead I found Snape, McGonagall and Quirrell speaking to none other than Harry, Hermione and Ron who were stood next to a knocked out mountain troll.

"Mother of Merlin." I whispered.

"Miss Lestrange, what are you doing here?" Snape reacted quickly.

"S-Sorry Professor," I stuttered, utterly shocked at the sight in front of me, "I went looking for Draco because I was worried but...Wow guys! Brilliant!" I replied gaining serious looks from all three Professors. "I mean erm, bad first years." I made a hopeful expression, all teachers giving up on me.

"Lucia, please be a responsible fifth year and accompany these three back to Gryffindor Tower." Snape demanded. I nodded and slowly walked behind the hurried first years who were whispering to one and other, covered in dust and broken debris.

"Wait-oh my! That means her mother is-" Hermione stopped and turned to face me, looking wearily at me, my awkwardness obvious as I tucked my hands further into my robe pockets.

"Bellatrix?" I asked, she nodded and so did I.

"Oh, that's right. Fred and George talked about you in front of me once. You live with your auntie and uncle don't you? They're friends with my parents." Ron said proudly.

"Sorry, who is Bellatrix?" Harry asked, completely lost.

Hermione seemed very intelligent as she knew every detail, right down to Neville who had become another weak spot of mine. Harry obviously spotted before the rest that this subject made my upset and he gave me a comforting look and nudged the others. "Don't worry about it," Harry whispered as we got closer to the entrance, "I may have only known you a little while but I can tell you aren't a bad person." I messed up Harry's hair. I liked this kid. I liked them all. They were just so sweet.
