Cassie and I sat at her desk, talking as the lift doors opened and Calum stormed out. He walked towards his office quickly but slowed down as he spotted me. He pointed at me.

"You. In my office. Now." He demanded. Cassie and I looked at each other with wide eyes.

"I'm not going to ask you twice, Y/N." he sneered before shutting the door. I gulped as I stood from my chair.

"You're in for a long night, honey." Cassie spoke before giving me a wink. I quickly walked towards the office and opened the door.

"What's the matter, Mr Hood-." I was cut off by Calum smashing our lips together and trapping me between his body and the door as he pinned my arms around my head.

"I'm sorry about yesterday." He mumbled against my lips.

"What was up with you?" I asked, though struggling to get the words out and past Calum's lips.

"It doesn't matter." He spoke as his lips moved to my neck.

"Calum." I demanded. He sighed as he let me go and walked to his desk, rubbing his hands over his face.

"Who was on the phone yesterday?" I asked.

"My lawyer." He admitted. My eyes widened.

"Why? Are you in some kind of trouble-."

"No, nothing like that. Well, at least not the type of trouble that you're thinking of." He shrugged.

"What kind of trouble?" I questioned. He sighed again before looking at me.

"When my grandad died, he left my sister and I a shit load of money for both of us. That's how I started this company, I invested the money." He explained.

"And the money has run out." I spoke in a quiet voice. He nodded as he leant against his desk.

"It was meant to last another ten years, but what my lawyer was telling me last night is that it's only going to last another two or three years at the most, and that's if I'm lucky." He sighed. I returned it as I walked up to him and allowed his hands to hold my waist as I stood in between his legs.

"It's going to be alright. You've got, like, ten holiday homes, I'm sure that you can sell one of those to keep the business afloat." I joked. He chuckled slightly before looking at me.

"God, what would I do without you?" he whispered.

"You'd have to sort out your own paperwork." I chuckled. He returned it before pressing our lips together.

"It's going to be okay." I mumbled. He nodded before breaking the kiss and kissing my head.
