I groaned as I heard crying through the baby monitor. I slowly peeled my eyes open and looked at the time. Two-thirty am. I sighed as I sat up.

"No, babe, go to sleep, I got her." Luke whispered as he kissed my shoulder and got up. I sighed as I lay back down and watched as Luke left the room before closing my eyes. I groaned as I couldn't fall back asleep. May as well go check on Liz, I thought as I sat up and swung my legs over the side of the bed. I yawned and stood up before walking along to the nursery.

"Sh, sh, baby girl, what's the matter?" I heard Luke speak to Liz. I sighed as I leant against the doorway and saw Luke gently cradling her in his arms.

"Are you hungry?" he cooed gently. She gurgled at the sound of her dad's voice.

"Yeah. You're hungry, princess, it's okay." He chuckled as he grabbed a bottle from the small table that sat next to her crib. He gently bopped her up and down as he held the bottle to her lips. She became silence as she drank.

"That's it, baby girl, you're okay." He smiled gently at her. I smiled at them as I walked in. Luke looked at me.

"I thought that I told you to stay in bed." He chuckled. I shrugged.

"I'm not tired. And I wanted to see you together." I smiled.

"Babe, you gave birth less than a week ago, you need sleep-."

"I'm fine, Luke." I reassured. He sighed before turning back to Liz.

"She's so precious." He smiled. I returned it as I wrapped my arms around his waist and rested my chin against his arm as I smiled at our daughter.

"When do you go back on tour?" I mumbled.

"Not for another few months. Apparently, there's something in my contract saying that if I have a child, I can stay off of shows until they're a year old." He spoke.

"That's good, then. She's a daddy's girl, just like her mum." I teased.

"You've just had a baby, can you fucking chill?" He laughed. I returned it as I looked at Liz.

"She's done." I said as I took the bottle from her lips.

"God, I hate this part." He grimaced as he put her against his shoulder.

"No, you fed her, I'll do it." I sighed, taking her from him and laying her against my shoulder.

"You sure, baby?" he asked.

"Yeah. Go back to bed." I spoke.

"Nah. I'm staying up with my girls." He smiled. I returned it before pecking his lips and looking at Liz.
