"Shh, it's okay. It's all okay." Roman cooed.
Virgil snuggled into his chest, unable to let go of the scene he caused.
"I-It's not... It's really not." He replied. Roman sighed, running his hands through Virgil's hair.
"I know..." He said. "But at least you can recognize that."
Deceit and Remus sat across from them, talking quietly on the ground across the hall. Their hand were intertwined.
"Roman... I'm sorry." Virgil said. Roman chuckled.
"For what?" He asked.
"Scaring you... lying to you," Virgil said. "Keeping secrets from you,"
"What on Earth have you kept from me after this?" He asked. Virgil sighed, looking up at him. He sat up, Roman wrapped an arm around his neck to keep him in balance. Their faces were so close they could feel the other's breath on their own face.
"I-If you don't mind of course." Virgil said. Roman raised an eyebrow.
"Why would I mind-" Virgil then planted a kiss on Roman's lips.
The whole hallway fell silent.
Roman looked at Virgil in awe, the younger of th two fell into a blush.
"Virge, you... like me like that?" Roman asked. Virgil nodded, all flustered.
"I-If you don't it's okay, I" "No, I really do! I've been, uh, hiding that feeling from you too." He said. Virgil blushed deeper.
"R-Really?" He asked. Roman nodded.
"Really." He said, grabbing his hand and locking their fingers together. Virgil let out a heavy sigh of relief as Remus cleared his throat.
"Are we all done being lovey dovey? Because we still need to get that boy to the infirmary." Remus said. Roman rolled his eyes.
"Yeah, yeah. Come over here you Duke." He said. Remus scoffed and stood up, taking Virgil up off the ground carefully on his broken arm's side. Roman held up the stronger side, able to be a little rougher with him.
"Where are we going?" Remus asked. Roman looked at him as if he were serious.
"One floor up, four halls down." He said. Remus smirked.
"Ooh, look at you! Knowing where you're going for once!" Remus said, clapping his thigh in excitement.
"Can you two not fight while holding me?" Virgil asked. Roman and Remus sighed.
"Fine." They both said as Deceit led them down the hallway in an escort fashion to the hospital wing.

The hospital wing was like a large, open, wooden house with no second floor that doubled as a hospital tent in a war. The baby pink lighting reflected off of the old, concrete walls with the large, somewhat caged windows, just like the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom. Remus and Roman followed Deceit into the empty hall, Madam Pomfrey blew the steam from her cup of tea harshly as she saw the door open upon their arrival. Virgil's head hung as he was carried into the wing. She stood up urgently, walking over to the boys.
"What happened boys?" She asked.
"AN accident." Deceit fabricated. Roman rolled his eyes.
"What kind of accident?" She asked.
