Chapter 24: Fan Yaoli's Rebirth
"You are the one who caused this trouble, Prime Minister Fan. You cannot blame anyone but only yourself. Now everyone knows that I cut ties with you, so don't shamelessly use my name in the near future," she walked in the opposite direction even though everyone was still in shock.
"Ha!" Fan Xuan Yan laughed like a maniac and pointed at Zexel rudely.
"You are the one who needs to stop yourself from using the Fan Family's name. Without us, you are clearly nothing. Don't ever come back to the Fan Family because from now on, you and Fan Yaoli are no longer my daughters," Zexel ignored it and kept walking away from them.
She sent a message to Fan Yi, Fan Er, and Fan San to grab every important thing from her courtyard and go to her own mansion—the underground mansion she built before. She also told them to bring Dao Lu with them.
She let them use the emergency space ring that she had. By this time, she was sure that the three of them were already heading to the underground mansion.
Zexel used her Qinggong and flew away, heading toward her mansion.
After a minute, she reached the mansion and went down to the underground.
She saw the three females she summoned a while ago. They bowed to her and reported how they carefully delivered Fan Yaoli to the mansion.
All her people knew how she looked, but none of them would ever speak about her since all of them had a curse. It was a curse that would not allow them to betray her in any form. Even just giving information about her to others was strictly an offense. Once they tried to speak about her, they would die immediately.
But before they died, they would be tormented for one day, and no one would be able to save them. She was good to all her subordinates—everyone knew that—but once she was betrayed, the one who betrayed her would die tragically before they even did what they wanted.
A lot of her subordinates had already witnessed how ruthless she was, so no one dared to betray her and chose instead to enjoy the title of being her subordinate.
They were free to do everything they wanted. They never lacked anything, but the only thing that Zexel asked from them was their loyalty and hard work on the assigned tasks they had.
It was also one of the reasons why many of them were extremely loyal to her. Even in death, she did not treat them unfairly. So all of her subordinates were ready to die for her.
She walked to her sister's room and saw her as if she were sleeping.
She sighed because she knew that her weak and cowardly sister was now dead, and once she opened her eyes, she would no longer be the Fan Yaoli she knew.
She carefully laid Fan Yaoli's head on her lap and gently stroked her long hair.
After a while, Feng Zhengying happened to enter this chamber since he knew that Zexel would be there.
"I saw everything, Hua'er. Are you okay?" Feng Zhengying gently asked her.
Outside, Feng Zhengying appeared crippled and weak, but the truth was, he could already walk freely as he wanted. He could even run a lot of errands for Zexel, which was one of the reasons Zexel fell for him.
She had already accepted Feng Zhengying as her lover, and they had been in a relationship for almost six months. Both of them were happy in each other's company.
Feng Zhengying also already knew that she was a modern woman and not the real Fan Lihua, but Feng Zhengying did not mind since the one he loved was her.
"I'm good, Ah'ying. I just want to be with sister and wait for her to wake up. I'm sure she will wake up by tonight or tomorrow," Feng Zhengying nodded and kissed her forehead.
After Feng Zhengying left, she guarded Fan Yaoli until she unknowingly fell asleep.

Fan Yaoli felt so weak as she remembered that she died inside the organization. She activated all the bombs she planted in the organization with her when they tried to scheme against her.
Her best friend was the one who accepted the mission to kill her because she had too many connections that the organization was deeply afraid of her.
She had planted the bomb inside the Main HQ of the Org as a safety measure. But she did not expect that she would end up using it to kill all the people she had trusted.
She opened her eyes and saw a ceiling fan. After a while, all the memories of the previous Fan Yaoli lingered within her immediately.
The previous Fan Yaoli, who had the same name as her, died after her fall from the 100-step stair in the Imperial Palace.
Her head was aching while the memories of the previous host were already within her grasp.
She had transmigrated into the ancient era of the Pingjing Dynasty. She knew that it was a parallel world to her own world.
Her eyes were dead, and she didn’t even bother to be shocked or to show any expression.
She wanted to die so she could be at peace and free from her problems.
After a while, she saw a beautiful woman in ancient dress wake up by her side.
"You're awake," she said, grabbing Fan Yaoli's hand and checking her pulse to see if everything was normal.
As she expected, her condition was all normal.
"What do you feel? Does anything hurt?" She could clearly see the worry in the beautiful eyes of the woman, who was genuinely concerned for her.
She tried to remember who the woman in front of her was. Upon searching the host's body, she found a strange memory of her.
Now she already knew that this woman was her Seventh Sister, Fan Lihua—the only person who treated the host well.
So she did not put her guard up against her.
