Eddie POV

I sat on my bed during a cold winter day. It was Saturday. I didn't have plans for today so i just sat on my bed and read some pages of my book.

My iPhone buzzed from beside me

Message from Losers groupchat

I put my book down and grabbed my phone and opened the text.

Bev💝: hey guys do you want to hang out? We could have a snowball fight outside

Rich❤️: HELL YES BITCHES!!

I rolled my eyes.

Me: sure!

Billy: yeah why not!

Stanley: yeah I guess

Mike: I can't today I have to help out on the farm.

Rich❤️: that's bullshit

Me: Yeah come on Mike!!

Mike: I'm leaving.

Rich❤️: ruuuuude

I chuckled to myself and shoved my phone in my pocket and walked outside of my room and down the stairs.

"Mommy?" I asked heading towards the living room.

"Yes Edward?" She looked at me from her chair.

"Can I hang out with my friends today?" I asked.

"Outside?" She asked closing her nail polish.

"Yes mommy." I answered truthfully.

"It's too cold to go outside, no." She turned her attention back to the TV.

"Please?" I asked again.

"Edward I said no!" She stood up from her chair and approached me.

My eyes widened.

"O-ok Sorry..." I said while shaking.

"Go to your room." She shoved me causing me to hit the wall behind me.

A tear slipped from my eye as I ran up to my room and slammed the door locking it.

I sat on my bed and cried.

My phone vibrated in my pocket and I wiped my tears and took it out.
