Don't wanna be

IT'S A LONG STORY." she huffs. "But I won't mind sharing the full details." Kumalas siya mula sa pagkakayakap kay Beaux at hinanap ang mga mata nito. Nakikita niyang natigalgal ito sa rebelasyon niya. Mukhang nag-aantay ito sa susunod niyang sasabihin. Kaya naman, ikinuwento ni Halejiah ang lahat-lahat dito. She trusts him and she doesn't care if the whole world will know anyway. It's not a big deal anymore.

Beaux was dumfounded and it took him few minutes to talk.

"All along..." tumingala ito. "oh God!" He put his hand on the back of his neck and massage it lightly. "Oh, take me to jail!" Regret is crystal clear in his voice. Hinaplos ni Halejiah ang braso ni Beaux para iparating na wala lang ang lahat sa kanya.

"Hey, it's okay." Masuyong wika niya.

"No it's not! I deserve to be put behind bars for what I've done!" Napatayo ito. He looks so disappointed towards himself the way he blabs his curses. Halejiah just look at him pacing back and forth right in front of her. Nagulumihanan ng lubos si Beaux at naiintindihan naman ito ni Halejiah kaya hinahayaan niya na munang ihayag nito ang saloobin. She will wait till he gets calm.

Tumayo siya at tiningala si Beaux. He really does tower over her that much because she's lit. Halejiah hugs him, thinking it may help him gets calm.

"It's okay, forget about it."

"It was hard for me." He said. Beaux really is fond of dwelling over things that makes him hard to move on.

"Then I'm here to help you forget about it all in any way I can." Halejiah do great in giving comforting words and she was hoping it'll work with Beaux.

Kumalas siya sa pagyapos kay Beaux at tiningala ito. Beaux was still in an ill at ease manner the way his eyes pupils blinks.

"Ang gwapo mo kahit saang anggulo." Hindi mapigilang sambit niya sa kabila nang maasim na sitwasyon nila. Beaux stilled and later on, he looks up with a shaded smile behind his lips. Pagkatapos ay tinitigan siya nito habang nagniningning ang mga mata.

"Is that one of your way to comfort me?" Nangingiting turan nito. Halejiah shrugs and smiled widely.

"Does it work?"

"Nope." Dishonesty and humor is evident in his voice. She chuckles and digs in to his chest and bite his skin lightly. "I'm feeling better.....so far." Beaux whispers and tighten the embrace.

"Glad to hear that."

They spent the night talking about the experiences she had from her childhood till present-- everything that he missed. Beaux was too attentive the whole time, listening to her stories. Everything is like a dream and so surreal. If it is a dream, she don't wanna wake up forever then. She wished for this moment to come but haven't expected it once in a while.

The next day, Beaux was pampering her and never in a million times did she ever foreseen it to happen before. May konting pagbabago na kay Beaux pero maliban sa masigla at maaliwalas nitong ekspresyon ay hindi nawawala ang pagiging tahimik nito. Halejiah was the one who initiates the talk and always got a brief response from him. It was supposed to be a boring moment but his handsome face is such a beautiful wonder she can't get enough of. The way he touches her, he kisses her some times and he even pinches her nose or cheeks. She didn't knew Beaux could manage to do sort of cheesy stunts. He's too primitive to do such.

Kasalukuyang nasa trabaho si Beaux, kelangan niyang magtrabaho dahil halos dalawang buwan na rin itong ipinagkatiwala ang responsibilidad sa sekretarya nito. Beaux didn't want her to work just yet but he promised her that he will let her get back to work after a month. He's trying to be sweet so she let him be controlling for now. Plus, his eyes is just too hard to resist. He said he wants to see him everytime he gets home from work so how will she ever look away from that? How could her smitten heart dare to say no to him?
