TDSOH #23: Puppy Love

A couple of months after my first mission. It was a successful debut mission for me. Everyone in the organization congratulated me for being the first new agent member that trained for only 11 months and success it's first ever mission. Amazing isn't it?

But after that celebration happened. I've been receiving threats. At first, I was shocked and nervous at the same time. Sino ba naman kasing hindi kakabahan kapag may nagpadala sayong pagbabanta ng isang unknown person?

I ask Dad and tell him about the threats that I've been receiving lately. He became serious after that but then he said it's normal to receive threats because we are agents. He said if we receive threats then that means they are threatened by our existence. Especially that I am new to the underground society.

So, I just ignored every threats that I received everyday. I remember one of my motto, 'Don't threat me with words, do it with actions'. Alam kong may kaparehas siya kaya hayaan nyo na. Kalaunan ay huminto naman sa pagpapadala yung unknown person na iyon.

'Tss, tired already? What a weak opponent.'

After my first mission. Dad called again in my team to another mission. Every months he's giving us missions and every missions he was giving feels like I'm improving a lot on my skills.

After some months, I and Kiyan decided to have a one week break and visit our home. He said he also misses Keisha. Tss, that brat kid.

Kaya nandito ako ngayon sa gym with Riley. I miss her too. She even hugged me to death nang magkita kami after months of leaving them behind. I explained her my side that day because I trust her as my bestfriend and I know she won't let my secret identity in that organization spread like a wildfire to others.

Nasa threadmill ako at ganun din si Riley. I'm listening to the music while running and Riley is talking to me. Naririnig ko pa din naman siya dahil hindi ko masyadong nilakasan yung sounds ng music ko.

"What do you think of Liam?" She suddenly ask that makes me shifted my gaze to the other side.

Narinig ko siyang tumawa.

"What do you mean?" Balik kong tanong sa kanya at pilit iniiwasan ang tingin niyang mapanukso sa akin.

She knows that I like Liam since that day I met him with my Coach Lyian Cheong, magkapatid sila kaya name niya is Liam Cheong.

"Nothing Gwyneth. I'm just asking if you really don't want to confess to him, you know?" Ngisi niyang sabi.

"Tss, your crazy! Even if I like him, I will not tell it to him. I might be rejected." I shifted again my gaze to other direction and I heard her laugh.

'What's so funny?'

"Hindi mo pa nga alam kung gusto ka din niya eh!" She reasoned out then she stopped running on the threadmill and drink her water while tapping on her phone.

'Who is she texting? Does she have a boyfriend?'

"Still, I dont want him to know it." I seriously answered.

Ayoko kasing narereject kahit pa sabihin nilang hindi mo malalaman ang resulta kung hindi mo susubukan. Yes, that's true but some people cannot take the risk of being rejected.
