Chapter Twenty ~ What happened? (Neons P.O.V)

Alright,ima start with a A/N here
First of all,sorry Tolesstocount but i forgot about Vendaal and made it Keins Pov last chapter. So thats is a damn it moment and im gonna stop doing Vendaal until i know were Vendaal is and so i dont choose for you soo yeah i just dont think it would be fair to choose for you,also since its Chapter twenty im doing a 3000 word special! Damn what am i doing....

Neon felt something switch in him and he clenched his fists in pain. He glanced at everyone else,Kein backed himself into a wall grasping onto his neck like he was dying. Frostbite was standing there watching this unfold,Myso seemed to be scared as heck and Raine was holding his eye and had both his eyes closed. He was bleeding too,what in the name of god is going on? Neon thought. Why isn't Frostbite doing anything? He has nothing wrong with him.. Neon did not like the fact that he was lucky,Kein was still against the wall but he looked like he was in pain. Alot of pain "I-is everyone alright?" Neon stuttered from the straining in his eyes,Kein looked at him and said "I-i d-don't know!" Whilst grabbing his neck a little harder "Not much happened to me.." Raine said,lifting his hand only to see the blood. Myso couldn't speak,he was trying to say Something but he couldn't. A faint growl came from were Kein was "D-dont worry..." He mumbled,a small outline appeared and then dissapeared. Kein's wrist was bleeding again now "What in the name of...?" Neon asked "N-no....do-don't ask....." Kein told Neon,Kein let out a small yell and grabbed onto his eye's "What the hell is wrong now?!" Raine yelled at Kein,Kein flinched "M-my--it h-hurts.." Kein awnserd. Then sighed softly,he looked at his hand and looked like he was panicking for a second,he simply grabbed his wrist. His eyes were closed,Neon looked at Myso who seemed to struggle. He didn't know how to help which made him feel worse "What the fu...." He heard Raine trail off "What?" Neon asked "Look" Raine said,gesturing to Kein. Kein's right eye was a yellow-ish gold,Kein then flinched in pain and buried his face in his arms and legs. "I hate you par...." Neon heard Keins voice,when he looked up his eye was blue again "Is..there something you need to say?" Frostbite asked him coldly,Kein mumbled something which Neon only heard "My.." from that "Hm?" Raine asked "My....eye's were......" Kein trailed off,he looked like he was listening to something in his head. Kein sighed "I can't tell you.." and he put his head in his arms and legs again. Neon sighed and then they all started to head back after grabbing the crystal...

Neons feet were sorta sore after the long walk,he noticed Kein mumbling to himself. He started to wonder what he was saying,then he looked at Raine who looked as if he were about to burst into tears,He then glanced at Myso who was talking to Frostbite now. Neon quietly sighed "Something wrong?" Neon asked Raine "It's.....nothing" Raine responded,putting his headphones on. Kein was still quietly mumbling to himself then when he stopped he looked like he just wanted to cry and cry for the rest of his life "You okay?" Neon said after slowing down a bit to be at Kein's paste "Just.......thinking if you'd consider it that...." Kein replied "You sure? You look like your ready to just run away,hide then cry for the rest of your life" Neon joked,but Kein didn't seem to find that amusing. He kinda felt bad for Kein,but when Kein's hands started to shake a little more than usual. "C'mon,tell me..whats wrong?" Neon told him "Just thoughts.." Kein awnserd and sighed,he tried to lift the mood but Kein just seemed down,Kein mumbled something "Excuse me?" Neon asked Kein "What if I'm....the reason?" Kein mumbled "What do you mean?" Neon questioned "That.....Vendaal.....is gone...." Kein muttered "No..no your not...i promise Kein,you're alright" Neon said calmly,he noticed Kein was just looking down. Neon elbowed Kein playfully "Look,your not the problem" Neon smiled  "You have done nothing wrong,you just blame yourself and i have no clue why but look at the bright side!" Neon said happily,Kein gave him a small smile. Neon didn't know why but he felt a little better to be around and be honest with Kein,he knew that Kein has a pretty rough life and understands. He just might not feel like he is
A good person to talk to,but he was. "You're a good person,Kein" Neon said to Kein "Maybe..." Kein said back,they finnally were back at the school and after Shockz getting angry,Kein went after Her      (If you dont know what im talking about,i highly advise you read Musical Blood by Tolesstocount and if you dont then you probably won't get the book from here)
[Extra P.O.V] *Kein's P.O.V*
He tapped on her shoulder and she turned around "Hey" Kein said "M?" She turned around "Oh,its you. What do you want?" She asked "Ocean is actually dead....im not lying" Kein told her "I-i know...it just...it caught me by surprise..." Shockz awnserd "I didn't mean to lash out anyways,sorry about that" She said "It's..fine im sure,everyone gets worried. I wasn't mad,it was Neon...he never usually gets angry over that stuff so that caught me by surprise.." Kein replied "I was just surprised how..how we lost two people on such a short mission....i heard you guys went for the crystal too,im pretty angry about that though. You guys had one goddamn job and you went after somehing you were not supposed to do..im gonna have a word with Neon with this,i know he is part of the shool committee but im atually furious about this" She told Kein,walking off to drag Neon somewhere else to tell him her mind. He eavesdropped on their converstaion,or fight if you think about it "So why did you go after the crystal thing?" Shockz said Angerliy "Because we all thought it would be a little fun to do Something!" Neon said back "I know we gained members but this--this is just....I can't even explain how mad i am! We lost Ocean because of some other member,but she saved him witch is understandable. And we lost Vendaal because of your 'Extra mission' and you bassicly made her death for nothing! How did you think i wasn't gonna be angry?!" Shockz yelled back "If you think that we just let her die then go talk to Kei-" Neon cut himself off,realizing he bassicly just agreed with Vendaals harsh words "So you are telling me Kein let her die?!" Kein flinched "Stop..." Kein mumbled to himself,wishing that they would hear him "A goddamn war is going so i don't think we can even let you out on missions anymore because you never know! Maybe since of all this luck Raine will murder Kein or something!" Shockz said Angerliy at Neon,which made Neon freeze in place for second "Fine" Neon said back,rain fell on the ground and thunder cackled in the sky. Kein breathed in the smell of the rain and after Shockz and Neon were done fighting he found Neon,but he was crying. Kein came over and asked what was wrong "I was practically kicked out of the committee because Cheif got on Shockz side.." Neon mumbled "It's..it's alright. You can start your own thing now knowing that a war has started and the school will probably be destroyed in days,you dont have to be in something. Plus they will probably take you back in,you were considered the best school committee person." Kein told Neon,the rain hit the ground with loud patters. Kein felt a warmth on his hand, He glanced at his hand and grabbed Neons hand back. Kein smiled at Neon and they both let go of eachothers hands,in a blink of an eye Neon was hugging Kein,Kein hugged Neon back then they both let go. They both walked in the rain to the school. A loud bang rung Kein's  ears,he heard a couple screams before he inhaled the terrible chlorine gas. He made a protective bubble around him out of magic to clear all the gas around and he ran outside,everyone got out exept for a few kids sadly,this gave Kein some major Ptsd triggers and Kein kept quiet. He was suddently being grabbed by someone and him and all his friends were running away and more loud bangs rung his ears,they got to the base that they found and hid in it. When they heard someone come in,they all hid in a dark corner whilst Kein is used his magic to make the area darker around them,"I think i see something" someone said and lifted their gun,as Raine didn't make it in the hiding space in time. Kein heard a gunshot then a "I was right" from the same person,blood dripped infront of their hiding space. Kein jumped up and used his magic to push them all away and lock them inside the base for as long as his magic could hold,he went to Raine who was on the ground. Blood pooled around him,then when Kein checked. He was shot.........in the waist. And he was still breathing "Raine..Raine please..don't die on us now...please" Kein mumbled removing the bullet with his magic and wrapping the wound with some fabric he had. He realized Neon was beside him tryin to help,so was Shockz,and Cheif,and Frostbite and Myso Shockz tried using her magic. Kein thought it was cool because Shockz had magic that was like everyone's but combined,she was like Ocean but just a bit more powerfull. But if she used to much magic she could result in killing herself with it because its alot of magic to contain in one body,she was trying to heal the wound. When Kein heard a snap then the door slam open,Kein rushed over and shut it on someones gun. He didn't realize he broke the gun until after,he heard a yell then the door opened again. He felt something sharp and felt a little tired,he then felt a burning pain on his leg. It was another metal band but it has so hot it was glowing brightly almost all over Kein the fell down from pain. He passed out soon after...
