I know someone requested and I will get to it eventually. I just got this idea and I had to write it down. Instead of the reader being a child, it's flipped around. I wrote this on Tumblr under the username ct9ner so don't call me out plagiarism.

"No, Altaïr. You can't chase after Malik with a pair of scissors," Y/n sighed, catching the back of Altaïr's robes.

Y/n L/n, a nanny to twelve children. She really has no idea how it came to this. She woke up to banging on her door and she opened it, revealing the twelve children standing outside. There was no note, no explanation. None.

So, she had to take them in which leads her to now.

"Jacob, don't yank on Night's tail," Y/n sighed, picking up the cat from the younger Frye.

Jacob started to cry and followed after Y/n as she put the feline high enough from Jacob's chubby hands.

Aveline started to cry as Altaïr is now pulling on her hair and Connor is yanking Altaïr away from Aveline.

Ezio and Edward are having a fist fight, Shay is cheering Ezio and Edward on, Evie and Haytham are chucking books around the room, Elise is petting Night's fur while Arno watched, Malik is standing off to the side by himself, and Jacob is crying.

"Oh boy." Y/n sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose.

She fell onto the couch and rubbed her temples.

"Auntie?" Evie tugged on Y/n's pant leg.

"Yes, Evie?" Y/n forced a smile at the sweet girl.

"Can you read for me?" Evie handed Y/n a children's book to her nanny.

"Come here." Y/n picked Evie up and placed Evie in her lap.

Jacob stumbled over to his twin and nanny and climbed onto Y/n's lap. He hated feeling left out. Connor appeared by Y/n's side, curling by her side. One by one, the children all climbed on the couch.

"Okay," said Y/n. "I can do this. Twelve children. Oof, okay. Once upon a time....."

By the end of the story, the children have fallen asleep. All except for Jacob. Jacob cried as Y/n carried the other children to different rooms.

Y/n managed to fit four children on her bed and the rest slept on the floor covered with multiple layers of blankets.

Because of Jacob's crying, Arno woke up and started to cry too. So now Y/n is trying to rock both children to sleep.

"Don't cry. Please don't cry," Y/n pleaded. "I'm going to end up crying too."

Arno's crying slowly came to an occasional hiccup while Jacob continued to cry.

Y/n heard padding feet and Evie approached her nanny. Evie climbed on the couch and stood on her knees.

Jacob started to calm down and Evie guided her brother from Y/n's lap and into the bedroom. Evie laid down on the many layers of blankets and Jacob snuggled in next to her.

"Now you next, Arno," Y/n murmured, picking Arno up.

She carried Arno to the blankets and laid him down next to Elise. Y/n planted a soft kiss to Arno's forehead and moved to one child after another to plant a kiss to their foreheads.

Y/n collapsed on the couch again with a heavy sigh. She turned on the baby monitor in the room and it was connected to her laptop. Y/n checked on it first before pulling a blanket over her and falling asleep.

When she woke up the next day, she found half of the children all sleeping with her. Y/n sighed again and carefully removed one child after another so that she can get off the couch without disturbing them.

She padded into the kitchen and started to make breakfast. The three girls woke up shortly afterwards and helped Y/n set the table up.

One by one, the children started to wake up and enjoyed their breakfast while Y/n browsed through the internet to see if anyone had lost twelve children. Y/n looked up from her screen when she heard knocking. She got up and approached the front door then opened it.

"God dang it," Y/n groaned.

Desmond Miles joined the other children in eating breakfast and Y/n rested her forehead against the coffee table in front of the couch.

Aveline, Elise, and Evie patted their nanny's back in a soothing manner.

"Don't wowwy, Auntie," said Elise. "Evewything is gowing to be okay."
