I've always, ALWAYS thought of what every Assassin's Creed character would react/act with a kid tagging along with them. I can't be the only one who thought of this, right?

"Thank you again, Aleck," said Evie to the inventor. "I know this was at the last minute and yet you agreed to look after her so quickly."
"Of course, of course," said Aleck. "You and your brother have helped me before many times. I may as well repay you back, yes?"
Speaking of Jacob; he entered the room carrying Y/n in his arms.
"Fell asleep on the way here," said Jacob, readjusting his grip on Y/n. "Here."
Jacob handed Y/n to Aleck and the inventor took her from Jacob.
"She will start to panic when she realizes we're gone," said Evie. "And that she's not at the train."
"So what do-"
"Just tell her who you are and she'll ease up on you. We won't be gone for long."
And so, Aleck waited. He worked on a new invention while waiting for the youngest Frye to wake up from her nap on the couch. When Aleck heard movement, he stopped what he was working on and turned.
Y/n Frye sat up on the couch, rubbing her eyes with her fists. She blinked when she looked over to Aleck. A flash of fear went through her eyes and Aleck scrambled to comfort her.
"E-Evie-"
"Hush. They're fine. My name is Alexander Graham. Your siblings may have referenced me as "Aleck" instead."
"Al-eck?"
Seeing confusion written over Y/n, Aleck chuckled and ruffled her hair.
"Your siblings left you here for me to look after you while they're gone. Mister Green would normally look after you when your siblings are gone, but since he's also gone, they asked me instead."
Y/n nodded as she started to connect the dots.
"Thank you, Mr. Bell."
"The pleasure is all mine. Now, would you like to learn a thing or two while we wait for your siblings?"

"And once we connect these wires together they-ah! You're back!" Y/n perked up from her seat, turning to face the door.
"Jacob! Evie!" Y/n cheered, scrambling out of her seat.
Embracing her two siblings, Y/n squeezed them tightly. Jacob chuckled, ruffling her hair.
"Missed us that much, Y/n?" Jacob teased, scooping Y/n up in his arms.
"Jacob! I'm not seven anymore!" Y/n giggled, throwing her arms around her brother's neck.
Jacob laughed and carried her out the door.
"Thank you, Aleck," said Evie. "I hope she hasn't caused much trouble." Aleck shook his head.
"No, no. Absolutely no trouble at all. I wouldn't mind looking after her again, she's quite curious about what I do."
"Then we shall keep that in mind. Good day, Mister. Bell."
"And a good day to you too, Miss. Frye."
I'm pretty sure I'm going to get my personal laptop soon :D. I'm not sure when, but once I do, MORE UPLOADS!
