"this is so fucking dumb." mattia scoffed, lightly grazing the name tags with his finger to try to find his.
"you cant find yours either?" alvaro asked turning his head at the tallers direction.
"no, i hate my name." mattia rolling his eyes, getting annoyed.
"stop capping, i like your name." kairi giggled, mattia looked down at the small boy smiling.
the italians annoyance slowly faded away shortly after that, then he saw bracelets.
"kai, come here." mattia whispers, kairi confused as to why he whispered the question. the smaller looked at the other direction to see alejandro and alvaro not paying attention.
kairi walks over to mattias direction, "yeah?"
the tall boy picks out a matching bracelet set, "do you like these?"
it was two sunflower bracelets.
"they are pretty cute, who are they for?" kairi asked, and mattia slightly blushed.
"i don't know, maybe someone who as pretty as the sunflower." mattia smiles and looks at kairi, staring a bit.
kairi giggles, and takes the bracelet set out of his hand, "come on, let's pay."
"hey guys, ale found his name!" alvaro says loudly, smiling.
"i mean his name is somewhat common so i'm not surprised." mattia chuckles and leads them to the cash register.
alejandro laughs along, "funny. at least i found my name." mattia sticks his tongue out in a funny way.
kairi offered to pay for them cause of how much his friends are broke bitches.
"hello, how are you today?" a girl behind the counter greets the four boys, she had hazel eyes, blonde hair in a messy pony tail & her work uniform.
"hi, i'm good. just this and that." kairi replies, putting the bracelet set down & alejandro puts his charm down too.
mattia holds his arm to get the smallers attention, "we'll meet you at the entrance, kai." as the three others walk away to get water from the vending machine.
the girl looks at kairi and down at the register, making sure mattia wasn't in view.
"you know he likes you right?" the girl laughs.
kairi chokes on his spit a little bit, "excuse me what?"
"the tall one," the girl nods towards mattia, "i can tell."
the smaller boy stands there dumb founded, "what makes you say that?"
"i saw you & him by the bracelet aisle, i saw the way he looked at you. he wants to match the bracelets with you!" the girl coos a bit at the boy, she puts the bracelets in the bag along with the charm.
cap. kairi thought.
kairi looks at mattia, and mattia looks back and mouths the wasian to 'hurry up' with a smile.
"you see?" kairi looks back at her, "you'll know when you know!"
"okay, thank you....-" kairi runs off the sentence since he didn't know her name.
"leilani, and it's 4.32" kairi pulls his money out, "actually. i'll let this one slide. you seem genuine and i like your vibes." leilani pushes his money away and gives the bags to him.
"okay, thanks!" kairi smiles and takes the two bags gently.
"no problem, now go get your mans, kairi." leilani winks and kairi walks to the other boys.
"what took so long?"
"yeah, what's the smirk? did she give you her number?"
kairi freezes a bit, "oh no! i was just thinking.. about the food we aboutta eat at the food court. here guys." he gives the two bags to his two friends.

a random girl really thought mattia wanted to match those stupid bracelets. like that's gay, i'm not gay. mattias 100% NOT gay.
