Evangeline's P.O.V
I could hear Harvey talking to Roz about Tommy. The talking stopped as soon as we stumbled upon a red door that looked like it was the end.
"We are never going to get to Pandemonium," Sabrina sighed. Sabrina opened the door, revealing it to look like a more horrible version of Baxter High.
"We should go. Right the heaven now," Sabrina said. We turned around to leave but the door was slammed shut.
"Go? No, I'm afraid not, Miss Spellman," The demon who shut the door looked a lot like our old principal.
"Principal Hawthorne?" We asked confused.
"Silent, class, and take your seats, because school is in... session!" Principal Hawthorne said before yelling out the last word. We quickly rushed to our seats where we were suddenly trapped to.
"'Brina?" I asked.
"Here I sit, a humble beseecher, rid us of this infernal teacher!" Sabrina chanted.
"Oh, Miss Spellman," Principal Hawthorne laughed.
"No," Principal Hawthorne hit the wall where there was a sign above that said, Spell Casting Forbidden. "There will be no spell casting either. Now, today, we have a special surprise guest. One of you may know her as-"
"Grandma?" Roz asked.
"Child, you were the death of me, and now I'm gonna be the death of you," Roz's grandma tells her.
"What? Why?" Roz asked.
"Because your daddy is a preacher and you're in Hell, that's why. You have the gift of the cunning, and you wasted it helping witches," Roz's grandmother said.
"You know what? I was going to ask for a volunteer to help with today's little anatomy lesson, but now I believe we'll start with Miss Walker," Principal Hawthorne said. He and Roz's grandmother let out a laugh making us even more nervous.
Roz let out a scream as they were getting ready to dissect her.
"Please. Please. Please. Nana Ruth, please don't do this!" Roz begged.
"Principal Hawthorne, if you hurt her, I swear to God!" Harvey said.
"God?" Principal Hawthorne asked before he and Nana Ruth let out a laugh. "You are in high school in Hell. There is no God here."
"Let's just do him next," Roz's grandma said.
"No! Please!" Roz begged.
"Excuse me, Your Flatulences," Someone walked in, interrupting the "lesson."
"The Queen requests the pleasure of the children's company," The guy said.
"But she she sent for us to torture them," Principal Hawthorne said.
"It is our Queen's prerogative to change her mind," The guy in the bell hop suit said. He clapped his hands making our restraints go away. Harvey got Roz quickly.
"Shall we, children?" The bell hop guy asked.
"Anywhere but here," I said.
We walked over to Pandemonium where Lilith was at. It looked much better than the places in Hell we were in before.
"Queen Lilith, your visitors have arrived," The bell hop guy announced. Lilith walked over to see us.
"Sabrina, how wonderful, you come to visit. You brought your little chums," She said. It was still weird how she was still in Ms. Wardwell's form.
"You know why I'm here," Sabrina said.
"Oh, you mean young Nicholas Scratch?" Lilith asked Sabrina. Theo, Harvey, Roz, and I stood by the side as Lilith and Sabrina talked to each other.
"Mm-hmm."
"Yeah, he's he's right over there,"
"Nick!" Sabrina said before going over to him.
"Uh-uh! No, no," Lilith said, stopping Sabrina. "There's plenty of time for tearful reunions after dinner. There are certain protocols that must be followed, even in Hell."
"What's happening? What's happening to him-on the inside?" Sabrina asked.
"Of himself? Well, I'm sure he and the Dark Lord are having all sorts of fascinating conversations within that handsome little slab of a flesh Acheron," Lilith tells her.
"Now come along, the lot of you," She told us. We all followed her to a long dining room table. Lilith and Sabrina sat on the ends while Harvey, Roz, Theo, and I sat on the sides.
"Please, sit, eat. Refresh yourselves," Lilith said. We all sat down and looked at the food. Harvey was about to grab a turkey leg until Roz stopped him.
"Don't eat that turkey leg," Roz warned.
"How come?" He asked her.
"Trust me. It's not edible. None of the food is edible," Roz said. I leaned back into the chair more.
"I have a question. Why do you still look like Ms. Wardwell?" Sabrina asked.
"Well, I grew comfortable wearing her skin, and a face like this, it's hard to beat. Do you wanna see my real one? I mean, my green one?" Lilith asked.
"No. No, what I want is Nick outta here," Sabrina said.
"And Jesse Putnam's soul," Theo added.
"And Jesse Putnam too. And I'm not even gonna ask if you're responsible for him being here, because who else would it be?" Sabrina said.
"I'll look into this for you. Jesse Putnam, is it? But, my dear, aren't you forgetting Nicholas Scratch has the Devil inside him?" Lilith mentioned.
"I'll find a different prison for my father."
"All right. You can have him. On one condition."
"Which is?"
"The hierarchy of Hell has been in the tiniest state of turmoil. Lately, the Infernal Kings refuse to recognize my authority because I'm not a Morningstar. But it would calm the dark waters if you simply crowned me Queen of Hell," Lilith explained.
"I already did that. You're wearing it," Sabrina said.
"Yeah, well, I need you to do it again. Here. Publicly, to make me legitimate in their eyes," Lilith tells her.
"And then I get Nick back?" Sabrina asked.
"Absolutely," Lilith said. We all looked at Sabrina for her answer.
"Fine. I'll do it. But no tricks," Sabrina tells her.
"Excellent. Now, who has room for dessert?" Lilith asked us. We all looked at each other before shaking her head at her.
