Evangeline's P.O.V

"This speech is my recital," Sabrina sang. We were going a rehearsal for our upcoming pep rally coming up.

"I think it's very vital," Roz sang.

"To rock a rhyme," I sang.

"That's right on time," Sabrina sang.

"'It's Tricky' is the title; It's tricky to rock a rhyme; To rock a rhyme that's right on time; It's tricky It's tricky, tricky, tricky," Us three and one our fellow cheerleaders, Lizzie sang.

"In New York, the people talk; And try to make us rhyme; They really hawk but we just walk; Because we have no time," Sabrina sang.

"In the city, it's a pity; 'Cause we just can't hide; Tinted windows don't mean nothin';They know who's inside," Roz sang.

"It's tricky to rock a rhyme; To rock a rhyme that's right on time; It's tricky; Tricky, tricky, tricky."

"When I wake up people take up; Mostly all of my time I'm not singin', phone keep ringin'; 'Cause I make up a rhyme," I sung.

"I'm not bragging, people nagging; 'Cause they think I'm a star; Always tearing what I'm wearing I think they've gone too far," Roz sang after me.

"It's tricky to rock a rhyme; To rock a rhyme that's right on time; It's tricky; How is it?" I dropped my pom poms before some of the cheerleaders picked me up so I could do a pose. They put me down so I could join in with Roz and Sabrina.

"Tricky Tricky, tricky, tricky," Us three finished. We heard the football players applaud us making us wave at them.

I looked over and saw Caliban standing near by. I rubbing my eyes a bit, thinking I had something in it but when I looked back, Caliban was gone. I looked around to see if he was still around but he was no where near me. I felt someone pat my back, making me snap out of my thoughts.

As Roz, Sabrina, and I were talking before heading off, Lizzie came over to us.

"Great form, Roz. Awesome energy, Sabrina. And Eva, don't loose that spirit," Lizzie tells us.

"Oh, thanks, Lizzie," Sabrina said.

"You did great out there too, you know," I complimented.

"With you three on our squad, we're going to crush the pep rally," Lizzie tells us.

"Well, we're super excited," Sabrina tells her.

"Yeah. Super excited," Roz tells Lizzie.

"Same. Well, catch you later, Rivernettes," Lizzie tells us.

"Bye," Us three waved at her.

"I actually am, like, really excited," Roz tells us.

"Same. This is so much fun," I tell them

" I know right. Like, for real. I mean, all the insane infernal things going on right now, with Nick, with Hell. It's a relief to do something as normal as-"

"Hello, girls," Ms. Wardwell cut off Sabrina as she came over to us.

"Hey, Ms. Wardwell," Sabrina said. Ms. Wardwell took off her sunglasses making me feel a little uneasy.

"Guess again," She said. I realized that it was Lilith who was talking to us.

"Madam Satan," Sabrina said.

"Your Highness and I have business to discuss, but I'd rather not do it in such a... cheerful setting," Lilith tells Roz and I. We both nodded before walking off.

"Ready for band practice?" Roz asked me.

"Yup. Aren't we doing Teenage Dirtbag by Wheatus?" I asked her.

"Yeah. Theo suggested it," Roz said. when we got to Harvey's garage, we were ready to practice since Theo was already at Harvey's house.

"'Cause I'm just A teenage dirtbag, baby Yeah, I'm just A teenage dirtbag, baby Listen to Iron Maiden, baby, with me," We all sang.

"Her boyfriend's a dick; He lives on my block; And he drives an IROC; But he doesn't know who I am; And he doesn't give a damn about me," Theo sang

"'Cause I'm just A teenage dirtbag, baby; Yeah, I'm just a teenage dirtbag, baby; Listen to Iron-" We were interrupted by Sabrina running into Harvey's garage.

"Guys! Guys! Crisis Fright Club meeting," Sabrina tells us. "Now."

"So, dragging souls to Hell is like, what, your after-school job?" Harvey asked Sabrina. We all sat around for the meeting.

"Uh, kind of. But surprisingly, that's not even the weirdest part. Look who's up next," Sabrina tells us as she pointed over who was next for her to take to Hell.

"Jimmy Platt," Sabrina tells us.

"Wait, isn't he the Jelly Frost ice cream guy? The really nice guy in the truck who is most likely hiding something?" I asked her.

"Crazy, right?" Sabrina asked us.

"What did he do that was so bad?" Theo asked.

"I don't know. They don't tell me," Sabrina tells us.

"They don't tell you? Well, then, how do you know they deserve it?" Roz asked.

"She has a point," I tell Sabrina.

"Well, I'm gonna have to figure it out on a case-by-case basis. But the thing is, dragging Jimmy to Hell, assuming he deserves it, could be the key to saving Nick. But I need your help. When I do drag Jimmy's soul to the very bad place, it'll leave behind his freshly dead body, which, if we move fast enough, so there's not much decay, we can use as a new prison for the Dark Lord," Sabrina tells us.

"Instead of Nick's body," Roz said.

"So, it's like Freaky Friday," Harvey pointed out.

"It's called a soul transference, but kind of. So, if you follow me in the Spellman mortuary hearse, once I get Mr. Platt's soul out," Sabrina said.

"We can go body-snatch his body," Theo said.

"Okay, fine, but I'm driving," Harvey said.

"Wait, why do you always get to drive?" Theo asked Harvey.

"I'm the only one of us who has a license, Theo," Harvey reminds him.

"I have a permit so soon, we will be the only ones driving," I mention.

"Wait, what about the pep rally?" Roz asked Sabrina.

"It shouldn't take long. I mean, we know where he parks. We just have to go and do it," Sabrina tells us.

"This is just so weird," I said.

"Oh and Eva," Sabrina said.

"Yeah?" I asked looking at her.

"Caliban says hi," Sabrina tells me.

"He did?" I asked. My heart fluttered for a moment.

"Yeah."

"Let's do this plan now," I said before standing up.

We got inside Harvey's car before heading over to where Mr. Platt normally parks to sell ice cream. We all sat in the car staring at it for a bit.

"This is nuts. We're in high school. We should be worried about midterms, not not dragging the friendly neighborhood ice cream man to Hell," Harvey said.

"Let's just stick to the plan. We can freak out later. Now, when you see me walking away, you probably won't see his soul, but his body should slump dead, which is when you guys rush out, and-" Sabrina said.

"Steal the corpse," Roz finished.

"Steal the corpse, yeah," Sabrina said before getting out of the car.
