Boleyn x Parr

"Come on Annie, it's just a blood test, " Parr griped Anne's hand.
"Why do I have to have a blood test!?!"
"Because we know Kitty's got the condition and both you and Jane need testing, "

"Miss Anne Boleyn?" The nurse called.
"Let's go Annie, " Parr took her hand and pulled her up.

"So Anne, can you sit down please?" Anne did as instructed.
"And you are?"
"I'm Catherine Parr, "
"Um, she's my fianceé, "
"Ooh nice, when's the wedding?" The Nurse asked as she sterilized the needle.
"Um... December...." Anne stumbled.
"Okay, Annie, look at me, " Parr comforted.
"Oww!" Anne winced as the needle was inserted.
"Okay Anne, I'm nearly done, "
Anne nodded in response.
Catherine squeezed Anne's hand.
"Right, I've finished now, "
"Oh thank goodness, " Anne sighed with relief.

"But I do want to talk to you about the condition before you leave, "
"Oh, okay then, "
"So the condition your cousin has is Haemophilia A - which basically means she bleeds really easily. So she has to have an injection twice a week."
"Jane didn't tell you that because she knew that would make you really anxious, "
"I made you and your other cousin priority cases, so we should have your results in a hour or two. We have a spare room if you want to stay here while you wait, "
"Ah, Thank you, " Cathy responded.

They entered the room where Catherine and Jane were already waiting.
"I'm really scared," Anne broke the silence.
"Why are you scared love?" Cathy asked as they sat down.
"I don't want an injection twice a week!" Anne's eyes welled up. "When does Kat even have her injections?"
"I do it for her, before she goes to bed," Jane answered.
"Ew," Anne shuddered, " I could never do that, "
"Well, I don't enjoy doing it but she needs to have them, "

The four of them had many short random conversations before the doctor came in.

"Hello Mrs Seymour, Miss Boleyn. I have the results back from the blood tests. Miss Boleyn, " Cathy felt Anne tense up, "you are free to go, however unfortunately, Mrs Seymour, the test confirms you do have Haemophilia."
"So what happens now?"
"Would you like to come to my office?"
"Um yeah, Bye love,"
She kissed Catherine, on the cheek before leaving, "See you later Anne, Cathy, "

Anne watched as she left to speak to the doctor.
"I feel bad for her, " She snuggled closer to Cathy.
"Yeah, me too, "
"Cathy?"
"Yes love?"
"Thank you for being here, it means a lot,"
"Of course I would be here, I love you, "
"I love you too, "
