As Catherine parked outside her house, you look over at her, and notice her smile drop.

"Hey, baby, we don't have to go through with this if you don't feel comfortable, " You whispered softly, stopping midway through opening the car door.

"No, no. no. You are my partner and I am proud, " She took your hands, "and I want to show you off to my family but, but just be warned. They are all mental, in their own ways, but still mental, "

"Okay sweetheart, shall we go now?" You asked sweetly, keeping ahold of your girlfriend's hands. She replied a simple nod and led you to the door.

"Ready?" You asked before raising your clenched fist to the door. She nods again before the door is opened. You are greeted by two blonde woman opening the door.

"Hi! You must be Y/N! My name's Jane and this is my girlfriend, Vicki, " She smiled.

"Oh, hi Jane, hi Vicki, " You smiled, flicking your hair slightly as you follow Catherine.

You notice Cath expression change and you walk over to her, slightly behind her so you can whisper in her ear.

"Hey, everything okay, hun?" You asked, concerned about your girlfriend. She never gets nervous so this instantly worries you.

"Yeah, thanks babes, " She smiled, kissing your cheek. A woman dressed in green who you didn't meet yet, cheered but Cath sent them a glare that stopped them.

"Who's that, love?"

"Anne. Bolyen." She answered, giving you the distinct impression her and this woman did not get along.

"Oh ok-" You were cut off by Jane calling you for dinner. You watch as a further three people race down the stairs and burst into the kitchen. "Is your house always this manic?"

Your response was a simple nod.
